The family stay was incredibly comfortable, featuring a kitchen with cooking utensils. The breakfast was a rich American-style buffet. There's also a gym for easy workouts and a swimming pool. It's a good choice, as the bustling city center is just a short drive away.

The system is quite good. The sofa bed is large and very clean.

The location is excellent! It is within walking distance of the Spectrum Center and the area is safe and quiet~ The room is large and has its own kitchenette like other residence inns, which is very convenient for family outings!

The hotel has a family-friendly feel, located right on the road. It offers free breakfast until 9 PM, a small pool, and a self-service laundry facility. My biggest complaint is that the hotel's renovations are quite old, and the facilities are dated. All the furniture and fixtures are from 30 years ago. The carpets in the rooms are worn and the lighting is dim. Highly recommended!

The overall feeling is quite satisfactory, but there is no elevator on the second floor. If you have heavy luggage, it is recommended to choose the first floor

Very bad experience! We stayed for seven days in total, one of which was booked through Ctrip. However, after checking in and pre-authorizing our credit card, the hotel increased the pre-authorization several times without any reason, and charged another room after we checked out. I have never encountered this situation in other hotels. After one pre-authorization, the pre-authorization was increased repeatedly without any increase in consumption, with the amount ranging from US$50 to US$120. We were still complaining about the extra room charge for the last day, and the hotel front desk actually plausibly said that it was us who requested to extend our stay by one night. It was indeed extended for one night, but our room rate was paid through Ctrip. For every reason to stay seven nights, you have to pay for eight nights, right? ! Such a big-name company is quite condescending in handling issues and has not yet sent me an email (they promised to send me my purchase details). I will never stay in this hotel again. Other conditions are acceptable, but this kind of service is unreasonable!
