I booked Quality Inn as it provided free transport to and from airport. On arrival at DFW airport I just had to call and they sent someone to pick me from the terminal I was at which was very good. At the inn, there was Denny's restaurant which I went for dinner which made sure I didn't go hungry. They open till pretty late. Room was clean enough. Breakfast wasn't much but sufficient for ita price. Then I get to pick what time I want to be sent back to the airport. Everything worked out fine. I would stay here again if I come to Dallas.

Best sleep after a long haul flight and missed connection. The extremely comfortable bed and spacious rooms were greatly appreciated. The staff were super helpful in accommodating our requests and providing us with useful information about the area.

I stay in a lot of courtyards (200 nights per year in Marriotts) as they seem pretty consistent. This particular property, the outside and the rooms are updated. The bed was exceptionally soft (too soft) but did not degrade the stay. The staff was friendly and professional. There is a shuttle service at this hotel that you will need to schedule. Im willing to come back again.

I arrived at the Townplace Suites late one night and left early the next morning. in the morning I noticed something that grossed me out and made me wish I had never stayed there. I saw a few hairs on the floor in the middle of the bathroom. not in the corner indicating that the cleaner actually tried to do the job and some got stuck. That's not nice, but not the end of the world because it at least indicates that someone tried to clean. These were long dark hairs in the middle of the bathroom floor. Its interesting I noticed because the floor is dark brown, as if to hide such things. I took a tissue to remove them and then realized there were MANY more. All in the middle of the floor. After 3-4 tissues full of hairs, I quit. I was running to the airport and really didnt want to be bothered. If I had seen it at night, i would have had the room cleaned properly, or changed the room. Or changed hotels However, other than the hairs being gross, seeing them on the floor like this makes it very clear that the cleaner is not doing their job and whoever supervises the cleaner is not doing theirs either. Who knows what else was not really clean. DISGUSTING. When I checked out I gave the tissues filled with the hairs to the guy at the desk. He threw them away and really didnt seem to think much of it other than it being gross that I would hand him a bunch of tissues with other people's hair. How did he think I felt?! I told him I wanted him to give it to the manager who I sent an email to explaining how gross this was. He sent me a reply assuring me that this is not their standards. The furry bathroom floor begged to differ I stay in a lot of hotels. Few are as gross as this. The Townplace Suites now enters my hotel rating of ”keep your socks on.”

We had a family trip planned with our 3y/o and the room was nasty it was muggy they had roaches the carpet was black and stunk. They only clean your room every 3days if you need new towels you need to take your used ones to the front desk to get new ones. Breakfast was not an option the air conditioner smelt moldy the toilet water ran all night. We left there and got sick. Rude customer service , room was extremely small.

*this review is strictly for the great service we received. Upon arrival we were told that we were going to get shuttled to a different hotel due to the fact the person that was in our room before arrival had smoked in it and the hotel was fully booked and had no where to move us. This was frustrating but what made it better was Christopher (the front desk supervisor) not only was apologetic and friendly, he also shuttled us to the hotel they rerouted us to, and picked us up first thing in the morning to shuttle us to the airport. So I can’t speak much for the interior of the hotel due to us not staying. But the way our situation was handled, I’m giving the employee 5 stars!

We missed our flight our of DFW due to weather, so we booked online while at the airport and got a cab to the hotel. They gave us a quiet room which we requested which was nice. Room was clean and comfortable, all appliances worked in room. Bath was a bit small but it worked, nice hot shower with good pressure for rinsing hair. The suite is nice as there is a couch to sit on and a coffee table to sit and relax for a bit before heading to bed. A hotel shuttle would be nice to add.

The front desk was very nice and very helpful. They dealt with so may people on a busy night of canceled flights and handled it well. The rooms are clean and comfortable. the pool and hot tub were great. The free continental breakfast was very good.
