It’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious... Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained hospital. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Orient hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

Location-wise, it is ideally placed as it is in the less congested area of Santiago City. But I might skip it next time due to the following reasons; 1. The bed seems to have bed bugs. We itched during our one-night stay. 2. The foot towel provided looks like it's been used and/or not replaced after the last occupant (see photo). 3. The housekeeping crews are a bit noisy while cleaning the next rooms and hallways in the morning. Not ideal when you didn't get a good sleep because you were scratching the whole night. 4. They unoccupied rooms are left open for some reason. However, considering its price point, it's not that bad.

200 pesos, about 10 minutes by taxi (it looked like a white taxi) from Kauawan Airport. 5 minutes by tricycle from SM Kauawan, 40 pesos. I arrived early, but they did their best to let me check in 2 hours early. The room is spacious and clean. The restaurant's coffee and food were very good, and I enjoyed it enough without going to SM. I want to use it again.

First of all, price is reasonable. Good location but no parking space (except for a curbside one.) Pros: The staff are well-mannered and the service is excellent. Preferred breakfast time is on the spot. And the food is above par. Cons: No in-room phone, you have to go to the front desk to request anything. Bathroom roof is dripping when it's raining. Aircon unit too loud when working, turns off its fan when the compressor is off. Nevertheless, it was a good stay. Good value for money. Thanks to the staff on duty on our first night who accommodated us even if we arrived past 1am.

We had the best and perfect experience in the hotel. The room was nice, the shower was great and the bed was super cozy. We also loved the calm and relaxing ambiance around, especially the pool area and the restaurant as well. We would appreciate more if the TV inside the room was a bit bigger. But overall, definitely the best hotel so far here in Isabela that’s highly recommended for family staycations.
