wonderful location, very kind staff, would highly recommend this place if you're traveling to this city and want to be nearby the transportation.

A bit run down but good location right in front of the station. I was just passing through and stayed one night.

I used this space for business purposes. The location, right in front of Isahaya Station, was fantastic. While the floor and interior had an old-fashioned feel, it was kept at an acceptable level of cleanliness.

The location right in front of the station was excellent, but it fell a bit short in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and breakfast. I think it would be helpful to consider the price when making a reservation in the future.

The toilet cleaning was subpar. If it were cleaned daily, the inside walls of the toilet shouldn't be stained brown with something caked on. When I got off the elevator to the reception area on the second floor, I noticed a cigarette smell, just like the last time I used the facilities.

Looking at past reviews, there was no mention of centralized air conditioning, but each room had its own heating and cooling system. The toilets even had bidet functions. (Perhaps they were installed relatively recently?) My only complaint is that the bathroom is small, but I don't think that can be helped. That said, it's about what you'd expect for the price. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Considering the location near the station, it's definitely worth it. 👍

The hotel is opposite the station. It is an older one. It has no merits but provides free breakfast (although it is very average).

The location is very good, just opposite Isahaya Station, and it is the only way to enter Shimabara Unsen. The hotel is a typical Japanese business hotel. The only thing I don't like is the quilt. It is not a whole sheet, but a sheet in the middle, which makes me afraid to move when sleeping and sleep uneasy.

Good service and hygiene

The location right in front of Isahaya Station was great. However, the interior was a bit dated, which I thought was probably in line with the price.

諫早駅前にあり、隣にはファミリーマート、近くには飲食店多数(主に居酒屋)で、立地的にはかなり便利ではないかと思います。 建物自体は年季が入っていますが、綺麗に掃除されていていい印象です。

朝食が、もう少し楽しめるものだったらな〜と…お代わりも自由と言いながら、なかなか言いにくいシチュエーションだった…それが残念。

駅からすぐは、とてもありがたいですね。
