We stayed here for a week and we had a terrible experience for a number of reasons - my dietary requirements were discussed with the hotel weeks before arrival, I was assured this could be accommodated. I then had to endure night after night of my dietary requirements being forgotten about, zero effort being made to make any alternative options with the hotel being fully aware I am there on almost full board so they were literally my only option. This went on to the extent where I had to go to the local supermarket to pick up gluten free pasta and gnocchi to help the chefs try and make something that is appropriate to call a meal. I had to ask for 3 days before I finally received one meal out of the food I had to provide. I can only describe the whole experience as dehumanizing and humiliating, I would leave each meal hungry and there was very little remorse or attempt to repair these issues right up until check out. This on top of poor sleep due to thin walls, no WiFi working in the rooms, and lack of flexibility eg the hotel wouldn’t even call a taxi for my sister when she injured her knee and needed a lift back to the hotel from the doctors surgery (let alone let us buy a pillow from them for the flight back). In summary, the standards are low, you must fit into their mould and if you do not there will be no attempt to accommodate for your needs on a human level. They do not care about you once they have your money. I have been to quite a few resorts, I have never had an experience like this. This has been the worst hotel experience, they have charged for board, comfort and WiFi which they did not deliver. The only positive I can say is the spa facilities are nice and the housekeeping team were so kind. Attached : a photo of their 5 course “main meal”

This was our second visit this season and we were as equally impressed this time! The staff make this hotel stand out from the rest as they are extremely friendly and attentive - even remembering us and our preferences from our previous stay! The food was varied, of very good quality and well presented both at breakfast and for our evening meal. We also enjoyed the afternoon buffet - especially the cakes!! The facilities in the hotel are good and its position away from the main road means that it is quiet yet close to the lifts, shops, bars and other restaurants. We will be back!

The Seiblishof is a fantastic hotel with genuinely great staff who always make us feel incredibly welcome. We return every year and it has become part of our ski tradition. The rooms are excellent, the service is consistently warm and professional, and the location works perfectly for skiing in Ischgl. The team clearly take pride in what they do and it shows in the atmosphere throughout the hotel. We always look forward to coming back.

I don’t normally leave poor reviews, but the service at this hotel was the worst we’ve experienced in Austria. My sister has a wheat allergy and we had informed the hotel weeks ahead of arriving. After spending thousands on this stay, she received sliced peppers and boiled potatoes for dinner. She even went to the supermarket to buy gluten free pasta for the chef, but he chose not to use it. It felt like a punishment to be honest. I had a ski injury, was wheelchair bound and asked for late checkout (we were willing to pay) and to buy a pillow at reception as we had hours to wait after check out. I was told that isn’t possible. The only reason this review even has 2 stars is because of how quiet and convenient the location is. We won’t be returning and would not recommend for anyone with any dietary or disability requirements.

From our drink at check-in all the way through to leaving the hotel, our stay was excellent! Our room was extremely spacious, clean and had everything that we required. We were extremely impressed by the dining options, especially the quality and presentation of our evening meals - huge compliments to the chef! The staff are all friendly, welcoming and efficient and always greet you with a smile! The extra little touches take the hotel to the next level - free first mini bar, afternoon tea and morning information sheet to name just a few. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

We stayed at the Seiblishof Hotel and overall had a positive experience, though there are a few areas that could be improved. Pros: Food Quality - The food was genuinely good. Despite some Tripadvisor reviews suggesting otherwise, we never once left the restaurant hungry, and the quality and variety was pleasant. Rooms - The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, which made our stay very comfortable. Staff - A small but appreciated touch was when the bartender kindly gave us a full carton of milk after we asked for some. Another excellent service moment was on departure day — our flight was early, and the hotel prepared packed lunches for us without us even needing to ask at reception, which was a really thoughtful gesture. Cons: Restaurant Seating - Dinner seating felt quite cramped. The tables were very close together and the backs of chairs were touching when seated. Making it uncomfortable and awkward. They tried to resolve this by sitting one person to the side of the table but that then removed all leg room for them due to the table legs. Spa Facilities - The spa facilities were disappointing: the jacuzzi operated on a timer, meaning you couldn’t use it when you wanted, and there was no separate dedicated jacuzzi (it was part of the pool). Additionally, there was no clear separation between nude and swimwear-allowed areas in the spa area, which may make some guests uncomfortable. Although I do understand this is normal in Austria/Germany, I have stayed in other spa hotels in Austria before and they did have separate areas whilst Seiblishof Hotel did not. Room Supplies - In the room, there were tea bags and sugar provided, but no milk or coffee sachets, which felt like a basic omission for a hotel of this standard. Overall: A good hotel with friendly service, great food, and comfortable rooms, but a few practical and comfort-related details let it down slightly. With some improvements in the restaurant layout and spa facilities, it could be an excellent stay.

The hotel has excellent, very large rooms and spacious bathrooms. A wonderful lobby with a fireplace. A spacious spa with a pool and saunas. The meals are top-notch, exquisite and elegantly presented. Excellent waiter service, led by a fantastic manager from Spain. I've stayed in many 5- and 4-star hotels, but I've never experienced waiter service like this. A comfortable ski room with individual lockers is very large and comfortable. I will definitely return.

Good rooms, great skiing facilities, wonderful breakfast and dinner, very client oriented personnel that always takes that extra step. The snow was very good but the experience in the hotel made the weekend fantastic. Thank you
