Hotel Madlein

We just walked in casual and everyone was so so nice. Felt like Family. Sushi 10/10. been to nobu etc… but this was spectacular. Highlight of our Holiday.

Great location 2 mins from cable car , staff were super efficient, hotel was quality , rooms were large and modern views were amazing bar was great and spa was excellent . we had a great trip and all the staff and facilities were excellent highly recommended

The outside spa area of the hotel madlein is just amazing! I really loved the Sauna infusion as well as the infra red gondolas in the garden. Will definitely come back next year!

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The entrance and bar / lounge are really nicely decorated. The personnel was great to us, everyone was very kind and gave us great service. I enjoyed the outside hot tub and sauna, it was perfect to relax after a good skiing day! We ate in the restaurant everyday, the food was so nice here! We loved it! I would like to give special props to Noam, who served us with a smile everyday. He had great wine recommendations and we had a good laugh with him. I would really like him to be complimented for his service and nice personality. I really hope he is doing well. The rooms were nice too, only tip I would like to give is to seal the main door in the rooms better. We were troubled because you can hear a lot of noise from the hallways. This is just a small remark though. I would 100% recommend this hotel if you are looking for a cozy stay in Ischgl. We had a great time here, and I would like to thank everyone in the hotel again for the great service!

Room was clean, staff friendly. Dinner was great. Breakfast seemed a little understaffed and disorganized.

The rooms were great and spacious with nice closet and hanging areas plus nespresso machines and all the mini bar goodies. The bathrooms were typical european and the only reason for one star removed. small and awful bathtub showers that average to tall heights must stoop to use. My favorite part was the outdoor hot tub and multiple saunas/ red light therapy options indoor in the resting area and outdoor as well. They have a cute bar in spa area that serves to these indoor and outdoor areas as well. The dj lounge and bar was fun. The food was good but the service fo the food at breakfast if ordered was slow so just so the buffet which was plentiful and extremely nice and fresh. We had dinner there one night and slow service but good food. Also a reason for one star gone was the mad clubs were closed and we were not told that at booing so we’re excited for the nightlife element that was non existent. bummer. The location was fantastic with amazing easy access direct from madlein ski room just up and out to escalators and the right onto the main gondola to ski- fantastic!!

We love this hotel. Warm welcome with a glass of fizz and spa access if early. Amazing dinners & breakfast. Brilliant boot room staff who accommodated all our equipment needs during the week. The spa is so nice. Sauna infusion was a highlight. Good fun night club. Kind departure gift. Rooms had views of the ski slopes and turn down service was a nice touch. We hope to return next year.
