There's a convenience store nearby and the outer Ise Jingu is a short drive. (The main shrine is about 20 minutes by car). Service is standard. The room is economically sized. The public spaces smell a bit like tobacco. The WiFi is not very good (don't use it if you're trying to do something important). Sorry, no onsen on property.

Stayed at the standard twin on the 12th floor. Having come to Ise to visit Ise Shrine, while I had to work online, I needed a good internet access and selected this hotel. The building is new and super clean overall. It should have been perfect if the internet access was good, though the location is a bit away from Ise Shrine and the Ise stations. Two reasons why I give just three stars. 1. The most important thing - Internet access! Terrible. Wifi keeps falling, and I need to reset the Wifi on mobile and the laptop. VPN is no way. Zoom didn't work, either. Just pathetic. With the third call with the front desk, I got a router, which never had a Wifi signal and was useless. I ended up bringing out my Rakuten pocket router, and it was able to make my day, whew!  I'm sure the hotel staff would help till I get the comfortable internet access. I tried but lost a patience after having called them three times (I was 7-minute late for my Zoom meeting, being hassled to get connected, that should be a good reason to take one star down, too).2. I wanted to use the big bathtub for a comfort from my long trip, but I got hesitated to pass through the front area and didn't go and use. The hotel allows the guests to wear Yukata and Tanzen to come to the bath, but I didn't want to. I don't get how the guests can be comfortable in Yukata in lobby. Even with my regular clothes, well, I couldn't imagine myself passing through the people at the front desk right after taking the bath... I've never seen a hotel with such a awful bathroom location, so one star down, definitely. お伊勢参りが目的で、でも仕事があるためこのホテルを予約しました。インターネットアクセスがマストなるも、結局使えず、セットアップに悪戦苦闘しただけ。ホテルのロケーションは町から離れており、インターネットアクセスの状態からして、結果として、このビジネスホテルにする必要はなかったです。
