"My third visit at Novotel Grenoble Nord Voreppe while driving from southern France back to Germany. After spending hours on the road, having a hotel that's easy to reach and comfortable enough for a good night's rest really makes a difference, and the hotel stays as promising as the last two times. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It's right near the highway, so getting in and out was quick and hassle-free. We didn’t have to deal with city traffic or spend extra time finding our way after a long day of driving. For anyone on a road trip, that’s a big plus. The hotel itself was a pleasant place to recharge. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It’s not a luxury property, but it has everything you need for a relaxing stopover, and everything worked as expected."

"Stayed one night on route from the Netherlands to Grasse, France. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has clealry been refurbished recently and everything is clean and fresh. Nice pool to cool off in. Although it is near the Motorway, the sound-proofing in the room is excellent, so you don't hear it. The major negative was the meal in the evening: I had two fish dishes (red mullet to start followed by ling) and neither tasted very fresh. My wife had pasta with smoked salmon for a main course and said it was too salty to eat. Service was friendly, but chaotic. My guess is that they are having personel problems, since I note that they have reduced the size of their menu and stopped serving lunch. Hopefully, they can sort this out, so I will give them another try. "

"We were incorrectly charged tourist tax by the hotel. Something they revealed by accident when we asked to settle our bill for breakfast. They decided not to charge for breakfast, but still owed us an outstanding balance. They did not refund us on the day but asked that we email our details. Despite repeated attempts to gain the refund they have still not done so. Fellow travellers beware."

"We booked 5 rooms for a 5 night stay to use the hotel as a based to ride our motorcycles around the Alps. Hotel was chosen as it had secure parking. We arrived on Monday 16th June and on 17th June one of the bikes was stolen. On reviewing very poor CCTV it appeared that the security gate that should have been locked at 10:30 had been left open. Hotel reported “a malfunction” when questioned about this. We found that the gates were not secured on following evenings and we stored our bikes off site. Very very poor."

"We were able to access our basement apartment with a balcony late in the evening. Our two cats were accepted without any problem and free of charge. Superb room, comfortable mattress, and the tea and coffee were much appreciated. We didn't have breakfast as it was too expensive at €30 for two. We would gladly return if needed."

"Self-driving to Switzerland on the way to stay for one night, very like, apartment hotel, the room is not big, but the functional area is reasonable, the bathroom and the bathroom are separated, although not very useful, but the kitchen supplies are all available, and there is a dining table. After arriving, the service desk staff informed that the parking lot was small, but there was a large public parking lot opposite. It took a minute to walk there and the parking fee was not expensive. There are several supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel, which is very convenient."

"So lots of good things. The location was great and the rooms really nice with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The staff were fantastic and really helpful and friendly . Breakfast was really good with plenty of food and restocked all the time. We were half board and evening meals were very limited with only the same 3 (sometimes4) choices every night so if didn’t like one or want to pay the extra for steak we ended up eating same meal 4 times in a week. Not always a dish of the day. My only other complaint was rooms not cleaned. The bins were emptied and fresh towels but that was it and for 3600 euros for 3 people I expected sheets to be changed maybe once and bathrooms cleaned. I would return but not at that price. Thank you to great staff."
