Staff was really helpful and sorted out issues immediately. They were willing to assist us with the self check in process. The hotel was clean and the room was extremely clean and spacious with washing machine and washing detergent. Cooking utensils were also provided. Really appreciate that free rental service for bicycles was provided. We spent much great time with the bicycles exploring neighbourhood nearby. The starry night view from the balcony was amazing. The staff was so helpful that they reserved 2 taxis from the hotel to the airport on the day of check out. Would definitely stay here again if we visit ishigaki in the future.

My Forest 2/F room was spacious and had a partial sea view which was beautiful. The room was very new and well equipped. It even had laundry machine. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a good range. The pool was tiny and had no view. But the service was most disappointing. Upon arrival, the sofa bed was yet to be prepared, even though I had called the hotel in advance requesting the sofa bed. The room was not made up on one of the days and I had to call the reception for it to be made. Then on another day, the refrigerator was not stocked up with water. I called the reception and then I was told that I needed to collect the water myself from the reception! The whole hotel feels understaffed. Compared to other proper resorts, this is far smaller with no beach access and no feeling of a resort.

Very new hotel with smooth check in and check out experience. Very friendly staff, and especially great GM. Breakfast has a lot of variety and flexible timing. Location is a short drive into town center, requires driving but hotel has free parking. Rooms are really big with a nice balcony. Only downside is no real access to the beach and the pool needs some cleaning with the leaves, but otherwise a fantastic choice. I will return to this hotel.

This is a beautiful resort hotel by the sea with a lot of facilities. Rooms are spacious with a big balcony and the view is very nice. Typhoon Bavi passed within 80 km during my stay. The hotel kept a full staff and still serving great breakfast and dinners. I really appreciated their professionalism and services.

The stay was fantastic with all the facility mentioned. Pictures on Trip.com matches with property. One can also ride bicycle rent free for two hours!! Zero complaints.
