Lovely hotel, charming staff, intriguing breakfast

around 35-40 mins from the Ishigaki airport and around 10-15 mins drive from the Ishigaki down town. location is good lives in ocean view twin room. the room is spacious and clean. also close to Ishigaki Bold Kitchen which we have dinner and breakfast there. Just the BOLD kitchen was too many people in the morning and have to wait for 20-25 mins for table (and you cannot make reservation for breakfast) the poolssss and other facilities are excellent for non Japanese speaker , the hotel cannot offer rental car pick up and return at hotel which could be improved. but they allowed me to return the car at hotel which save me some time and cost. not many staff speak english in the resort so you probably need more time to communicate with the staff if you are non Japanese speaker. thanks to google translate more problem could be solved.

We didnt get to spend much time here as we wanted to see the rest of the island. But the staff were very helpful with everything we needed and the rooms were clean.

This was my first time visiting Ishigaki Island, and I booked the Fusaki Beach Resort for a four-night stay for a relaxing trip. As you'd expect from a five-star resort hotel, I was extremely satisfied with the service, location, breakfast restaurant, and large public bath. Upon arrival, the night view and the sound of the waves created a tropical atmosphere, and I realized I was glad I chose this hotel. I also spent the evening relaxing in the bar. The weather was a little bad on the second and third days, so we had to postpone the beach or sunset. On the fourth day, the weather cleared up, so I enjoyed the sunset. On my last day, I relaxed while looking out at the beach, waiting for check-out. I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful hotel, and it's a wonderful memory. Thank you. Finally, I think it would be convenient to have slippers to wear outside when going to the large public bath.

This eco-friendly resort is perfect for families. It has cute lizards and a great pool and public bath. I tried both restaurants, but personally, I found BOLD KITCHEN more convenient.

Overall, transportation in Okinawa is very inconvenient. It takes 15-20 minutes by taxi to get from the hotel to the city center. Buses stop running around 6 PM. Breakfast is extremely crowded and requires queuing. If you plan to have dinner, be sure to make a reservation in advance. The hotel beach has a large number of hermit crabs.

Ishigaki Island itself is a fantasy island, and Fusaki Resort is also excellent, with a great location and satisfactory service. I would love to go back again.

The pool was especially fun and my 2-year-old son was very happy. We chose the Patio Superior room, which also had a terrace, so the room felt larger, and it was close to the breakfast venue and the front desk. It was clean, comfortable, and the location was great. There were two breakfast venues, and we ate both. The breakfast was not particularly good. We got takeout for dinner, which was very delicious, even though it was from the same restaurant. We asked for a pineapple to be cut, and it was cut very nicely, which made my son very happy. Although it costs money, they offer childcare, a play area, and time to feed the animals, so there were plenty of services that children would enjoy. The shops were also very tasteful and very nice.

This was my second time staying here, and I was very satisfied with the atmosphere! My kids were also very happy that they got to play a lot in their favorite pool! However, I wish they had left children's amenities in the room (toothbrushes, pajamas, etc.) if they knew my children would be staying. Also, although I made a reservation for dinner, there were only two reservation slots available, so there was a long line due to the timing, and it was about 30 minutes shorter than expected, which was disappointing.
