There are 10 people in total. Room size and room condition are much bigger and better than the picture. Ishisaki is a must-rent, so I chose a place where many foreigners come from the city center, but I didn't see any Koreans. There are two. I was really satisfied that I couldn't express it in words, and my parents also shouted very, very, very about the accommodation condition. Thank you"

"Renovated hotel and you can still smell the mold all over the place. Dehumidifiers everywhere. There is a tiny pool but the ANA beach is also closed by and open for public with shower so the location is quite good. Parking for free but the lot may be full if you come back late. Room is bigger than we expected."

"The hotel is obviously quite old, and you can strongly feel its age when you check in, but it is well maintained! The scenery should account for half of the vacation, because the scenery is excellent, facing the endless sea, but it rained heavily on the first night and the weather was not very good, which wasted this great advantage! In terms of location, there are no restaurants, shopping, or even convenience stores nearby, so it is strongly recommended to go out early to find food, or eat in the hotel, and prepare more snacks and food, because you can buy things nearby, but it takes at least 20 to 30 minutes to drive to the city... Overall it's OK, but I probably won't consider this hotel next time because it's not very convenient in every aspect! "

"Very good hotel in Japan! Go here - but keep in my mind: You need a car or scooter. You can walk in the citycentre within 15min., but beaches are rare. For that go to Kabira. Hotel offers daily shuttle to Fusaki Beach. Very convenient! Staff is very friendly. Room is equipped with everything you need (bathroom; charging cable; fridge; drinking water directly from the faucet; …) Breakfast has many western options (if you need them). You can chose the cleaning service or not. If not you receive a voucher for the hotel shop and the coffee-store. I really recommend ART HOTEL"

"There is a shuttle bus from Ishigaki Airport to the hotel every hour. It was quite funny when checking in. It was my turn, but the Japanese guy refused to check me in because I had a foreign passport. He had to ask the Southeast Asian guy next to me to come over and tell me to sit next to me for another ten minutes. I had to wait for ten more minutes for no reason. Finally, another young Japanese guy with glasses was more enthusiastic and helped me with the check-in in a mixture of Japanese and English. The room I was given was on the ground floor at the far north side. There was a musty smell as soon as I entered the door, and the air purifier couldn't get rid of it even after two days of use. The indoor swimming pool was full of children on rainy days, so it was impossible to swim. The tour desk could only book boat tickets to Taketomi Island on the same day, and other activities and boat tickets had to be booked one to two days in advance. Breakfast and dinner are all buffet restaurants. You have to queue up in the morning, and you have to make an appointment in advance for dinner. The beach scenery is average when I came here in early April. It's better to go to Taketomi Island and other outlying islands to see the sea when the sun comes out. In general, the price is still high, and the service is not up to par"

"the breakfast and evening alcohol are really amazing. sushi supplied in the breakfast was even better than those we got the other day from a local restaurant LOL room is big and tidy with a cloth washer inside. They even provide you with the laundry detergent. Super useful as we are going out for snorkeling and biking every day ... definitely would advise for all."

"Facilities: Relatively new. Given that Ishigaki Island has an average annual humidity of nearly 80%, the air conditioning in public areas is kept on 24/7. It's also recommended to keep the AC on in your room and avoid opening windows, as there are quite a few mosquitoes and bugs. Cleanliness: Very clean, the level of cleanliness you'd expect from a business hotel. Nothing to complain about. Environment: Located next to the ANA InterContinental and very close to Maesato Beach. From the first-floor breakfast area and your room, you can enjoy the meticulously maintained lawns and trees of the neighboring InterContinental. Higher-floor rooms even offer sea views, which is lovely. There's plenty of parking available; you just park directly in front, then inform the front desk of your license plate number when checking in."

"The most satisfying hotel in Ishigaki so far. It’s an apartment style so you have got everything you need in the room like washing machine, microwave, etc. you can enjoy the sea view if you are staying at higher floor. Parking fee per night is 1000 yen."

"The location is absolutely fantastic. It's just a three-minute walk to the bus terminal, and there are many famous local shops nearby. Plus, the street right next door turns into a lively Izakaya street in the evenings. The staff are incredibly thoughtful and attentive; they always go out of their way to help us resolve any issues (they also offer services like taxi booking and car rental). As for facilities, the first floor boasts a large public bath (onsen), a souvenir shop, a laundry room, and a swimming pool. The public bath is quite traditional, so do note its specific operating hours. If you happen to forget your waterproof bag, the shop sells them, though their quality isn't great for photography. On the third floor, you'll find an ice machine and vending machines for beer and other drinks, which is super convenient for a quick purchase, even with nearby convenience stores. Our tour guide mentioned that the breakfast here is also excellent, but we didn't have enough time during our trip to add it to our package. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to friends! While the price point is mid-to-high range, I truly feel it offers excellent value for money."
