Location is perfect, and the room is clean. Period of this is what you are looking it’s great. Customer service does not
Exist in this place. The staff was rude and they ask for a deposit which is really odd.

This property is in a great location and perfect for two of the best restaurants on the island. The best beach area. The only problem was our shower head was so high it wet most of the bathroom to shower.

The gardens, pool, tile patios with tables and rocking chairs were very nice....Easy access to the beautiful beach and clear blue water. It was a crowded beach but the rooms were quiet. We had access to fresh water from the water color near the pool. The hotel provided beach towels, the beach lounging chairs were 450 pesos a day to rent. Complimentary breakfast -coffee, juice and toast. The staff at the hotel and restaurant where we got our breakfast were all very nice.

We liked the outdoor areas around the pool and garden areas. The water coolers are a great service so we could refill our water bottles
The staff was very very nice and helpful
The Norte beach very close and kept very clean, water was beautiful and relaxing to swim in

I was assigned to the Castle building, there is no WiFi, it is veeery noisy, you can hear the noise from everywhere.
The guy who assisted me at the registration was kind of angry, sad, bad mood, I could not tell, but the way he talked to the customer was not polite. He is one of the natives from the island, however, there was a young tall guy very polite and nice when helping or responding to questions. It is a great location though.

This is an old hotel just off the beach. The rooms are small but adequate. The little patios face a lush garden. The bathrooms have been restored. The rooms are somewhat dark but we pulled back the curtains. There is a remote for the air conditioner and a little refrigerator for drinks and left overs. Free breakfast (toast, coffee and OJ) at Buhos on the beach was all we needed. Some could walk to shopping; however, we chose to rent a golf cart to see more of the island. Periodic December rain dampened our trip somewhat. But it was good to get away.

My room was so dirty. There was stuff all over the counter tops, the walls were blackened with dirt. There was debris on the bed. The room was so loud I couldn’t sleep at all. No way to lock the room from the inside, so I felt super unsafe. The garden at the property was gorgeous, and there’s sooooo much potential. They also have great beach access, but they close it at 5pm, so it feels borderline useless. This could be an amazing place if they would just clean it, get some WiFi, and work on better customer svc.

The room are very simple but once you get adjusted you feel lucky to be in such s wonderful place with a garden,.small pool but you can a 2 minutes walk to the beach!

The location is perfect. One step from the beach. If you’re ok with lousy wifi, poor air conditioner, and small beds, then you’re golden. Overall is was ok for the price
