Waiting for a long time to get my car; charging the wrong billing amount; helping me make a reservation at restaurant but actually not successfully because no my name; changing extra breakfast fees but the room fees is included the guest’s’ breakfast. Really bad experience

酒店總體環境還是ok的，我們當時住的是Villa 4.房間隔音很差，樓上走路聲，放水聲都聽得很清楚。還有一個很坑的，就是還有度假費，結賬單的時候才發現。停車費70美元在美國是很正常的了。

要來住建議開個保時捷法拉利啥的，否則進門就是一個白眼。酒店的服務人員完全沒有熱情，錯誤的賬單金額，可以説是我住的最離譜的麗思卡爾頓了。一千美元一晚真的合適嗎 東西奇貴無比。一份很小的華夫餅要幾十美元，有錢和做**是兩碼事。
酒店設施相對老舊不過能用，勉強符合一個五星酒店的標準。麗思卡爾頓祖傳咖啡紙杯，我衹能説雞你太美。
