Islamabad Hotels with Breakfast

First time ever I was totally impressed with the level of service received which changed my perception not only about the country , moreover about the city itself. I’ll definitely come back to Islamabad and when I do, I’ll only stay at the Marriott Hotel as everyone there will make you feel at home

The Hotel is Majestic, the traditional ambience and the design was very welcoming. Our room was clean and comfy with complimentary drinks like soft drinks. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of local dishes. Overall, we were glad to have booked Serena Hotel for our first time in Islamabad.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I had initially booked a Deluxe Category Room (Room No. 313) with specific requirements, including the expectation of a room with a hill view. However, upon check-in, I encountered multiple issues that caused great inconvenience. The air conditioning in Room 313 was not functioning properly, making the room uncomfortable, and the bathroom facilities were not up to the standard that one would reasonably expect from an establishment of your standing. Due to these shortcomings, I was relocated to Room No. 501. Unfortunately, this change did not resolve my concerns, as this room did not meet my requirement of having a view, which was a key reason for selecting your hotel. I was given a city view wity damaged glass windows. I had clearly communicated my preferences in advance, yet they were not honoured, leaving me extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. It is unacceptable that despite raising these issues, no satisfactory resolution was offered during my stay. As a paying guest, I expect that my needs and requirements are treated with importance and professionalism. Sadly, this was not the case, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously by the hotel management or staff. I would like to formally register this complaint and request that it be escalated to the appropriate level of management for review. Experiences such as mine not only reflect poorly on the hotel's reputation but also result in a loss of trust and goodwill from guests. I hope you take this feedback seriously to prevent similar situations in the future. Regrettably, I must inform you that I will not be visiting your hotel again, nor will I recommend it to friends or family. This experience has left me thoroughly unsatisfied. I was fortunate to stay at the Ole Hotel for most of the last month and wanted to say that the stay experience exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by its elegant design and warm atmosphere. The warm and thoughtful service of the front desk staff made me feel at home. The room was spacious and bright, elegantly furnished, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a peaceful and comfortable night. The bathroom was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, especially the relaxing shower gel, which was pleasantly scented and impressed me. Also, the soundproofing of the hotel was very good, although it was located in a bustling area, it was almost no noise from the outside, which made me enjoy a quality sleep. The breakfast is rich and varied, with both local specialties and international choices, which can fully meet the taste needs of different guests. The restaurant waiter is friendly and the service is attentive, which adds a lot to the entire dining experience. I have to mention that the location of the Ole Hotel is very good, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and it is very close to the main tourist attractions and shopping centers. It is very suitable for business or leisure travel. In short, Ole Hotel has become my first choice for staying in the local area with its excellent service, comfortable environment and convenient location. After landing yesterday, I looked at several platforms and finally chose this store. I thought the owner was quite nice. So I am here to evaluate it specifically. Hearing that I was coming by plane, he roughly determined the pick-up time with me. Super nice) Point 2: Patience (After landing, the boss came to pick me up immediately and immediately asked to take my luggage because I had a lot of luggage. In the end, the boss was very gentlemanly and helped me take my luggage, which was super nice) The third point: the hardware facilities are very good. When we were picked up, a particularly clean business car was arranged to take us back to the hotel. Islamabad is really hot. I was sweating immediately after landing. Of course I had to take a shower immediately after returning to the hotel. The room was fully equipped with disposable items. The bedding has been tested with UV light and is quite clean. Definitely replace it often. The toiletries are all branded, not random brands, and they are quite good. Remarkable Point 4: The ticket the boss gave me was much higher than the ticket at our airport. UnionPay cards cannot be used here. Saved us a lot of time and money. Point 5: The journey from the airport to the hotel felt very chaotic. It was not until I arrived at this hotel that I felt particularly safe and at ease. After asking the boss, he told us that this is equivalent to a wealthy area. After observing the police in the hotel, it was indeed quite safe. There were three or four of them. It feels very safe and secure Sixth: The network here is very poor. The hotel WIFI is very good. It’s no problem to post videos on Xiaohongshu. nice Seventh: It is very close to Chinese supermarkets and local big cities, about five minutes away. The rooftop buffet is to die for. Steak, barbecue, scrumptious deserts and excellent curry and salad choices. The housekeeping staff is exceptional helpful and attentive. The executive lounge has free high tea for executive suites which has sandwiches and fruit chaat that are delicious and cardamom tea and lattes served for free all day.

The boss is very nice and enthusiastic! It will also give you more choices based on your financial situation. To be honest, although it is not as magnificent as a luxurious star hotel, I feel like I am a guest at my old Ba's house! Personally, I feel good about the hygiene, just like your relative's home in the county. Facilities: bathroom heater, toilet, air conditioner, fan, basic facilities are all there, but I didn't ask how to wash clothes! I was hesitating whether to wash it by hand or by machine. It was my third day here, so there was no need for it. The service is very enthusiastic and the boss is very kind. There are basically self-built houses outside the street, all with different personalities! Not as uniform as the countryside! Everyone must have his or her own philosophy!

I picked this place carefully from very similar choices available and im glad I did (Even extended my stay) Excellent place to stay if you want something clean and comfortable. Reception staff were pleasant and flexible as possible with my travel plans, young lad there was very friendly throughout. Clean, comfortable with excellent room facilities including AC and a TV with HDMI input. Lots of food spots nearby so place is very central but also very quiet at night. Basically felt like a hotel but at budget price. Cant go wrong. Recommended and I will staying here next time

If you don't know where to live in Islamabad, first recommend the Chinese hotel. The proprietress is very nice and enthusiastic. The next day I want to go to Peshawar and help contact the chartered driver. The price is also very fair. It was a pleasant experience staying here. I really liked the room. The only areas for improvement would be the noise from the corridors and the shower’s water flow. Breakfast was excellent, and Mr. Shahrukh was exceptionally kind.
