Hotels Near Central Park, Faisal Town in Islamabad

After landing yesterday, I looked at several platforms and finally chose this store. I thought the owner was quite nice. So I am here to evaluate it specifically. The first point: be careful (After placing the order, the store owner called me back immediately to confirm the order information and check-in time. Hearing that I was coming by plane, he roughly determined the pick-up time with me. Super nice) Point 2: Patience (After landing, the boss came to pick me up immediately and immediately asked to take my luggage because I had a lot of luggage. In the end, the boss was very gentlemanly and helped me take my luggage, which was super nice) The third point: the hardware facilities are very good. When we were picked up, a particularly clean business car was arranged to take us back to the hotel. Islamabad is really hot. I was sweating immediately after landing. Of course I had to take a shower immediately after returning to the hotel. The room was fully equipped with disposable items. The bedding has been tested with UV light and is quite clean. Definitely replace it often. The toiletries are all branded, not random brands, and they are quite good. Remarkable Point 4: The ticket the boss gave me was much higher than the ticket at our airport. UnionPay cards cannot be used here. Saved us a lot of time and money. Point 5: The journey from the airport to the hotel felt very chaotic. It was not until I arrived at this hotel that I felt particularly safe and at ease. After asking the boss, he told us that this is equivalent to a wealthy area. After observing the police in the hotel, it was indeed quite safe. There were three or four of them. It feels very safe and secure Sixth: The network here is very poor. The hotel WIFI is very good. It’s no problem to post videos on Xiaohongshu. nice Seventh: It is very close to Chinese supermarkets and local big cities, about five minutes away. I was going to wait until I completed my stay to write a review but compelled to make a start due to the excellent service that has been given thus far. The hotel itself is in a quiet street in islamabad with gated entry and exit. It has an essence of luxury and cleanliness that is consistent throughout the establishment. After my first night, a staff member enquired about how my stay was, to which I highlighted a very small issue with some noise in my room. This was brought to the attention of the manager ”Hamza” who looked to resolve my issue by offering me another room that was, in fact, larger and on a better side of the hotel. The hotel followed up on my satisfaction with my new room later in the day and looked to further improve on my stay by providing complimentary dinners and snacks to my room. Whilst I am sure I would have been somewhat content with my stay if the issue was left unresolved. This for me has placed this hotel as a must stay in islamabad for those looking for a peaceful setting and great customer service.

This experience is really great. The room is spacious and clean. What's even more surprising is that the boss even equipped it with a refrigerator. Personally, I feel that it has reached a five-star standard, but it charges a three-star fee. In particular, the Chinese food at every meal is particularly rich. The boss is very nice and attentive. He saved me a lot of trouble when picking up and dropping off from the airport. He also helped me contact the local phone card. It was really considerate and convenient. It is definitely the best choice for overseas Chinese to stay.

The hotel service is very good and the price is very good. When I stayed at the hotel, it happened to be my birthday. The hotel specially prepared a birthday cake. If I hadn’t seen the surprise given by the hotel, I would have forgotten that it was my birthday. I was very touched, especially for us who have been traveling abroad for a long time. The rooftop buffet is to die for. Steak, barbecue, scrumptious deserts and excellent curry and salad choices. The housekeeping staff is exceptional helpful and attentive. The executive lounge has free high tea for executive suites which has sandwiches and fruit chaat that are delicious and cardamom tea and lattes served for free all day.

I stayed here for about a week with a colleague. We were on an official trip and needed a secure plus good-service place. Services: I must appreciate the staff for their great service and hospitality. The breakfast had good variety. The breakfast coffee isn’t good but the one you pay for is creamy and frothy. You can either ask for ironing service or can just ask for iron board and do it yourself. Location: The nearest market is Kohsar which is 10 mins walk away. But the plus point of this location is a very close-by walking track and that it’s very close to all major hotels and business centres. For business stays, it’s perfect. Ambience: Now coming to negative points: the guesthouse is in serious need of renovation. The sheets were old and paled. The bathroom tiles were fading. Room view: The second negative point is room view. If you’re someone who care for room views like me, you’d be disappointed.

The Hotel is Majestic, the traditional ambience and the design was very welcoming. Our room was clean and comfy with complimentary drinks like soft drinks. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of local dishes. Overall, we were glad to have booked Serena Hotel for our first time in Islamabad.
