The room was not soundproof at all, and there was no dishwasher in the kitchen. Also, the air conditioner was very noisy, and it was quite inconvenient to go upstairs.

The property is in a great location and the grounds are kept up nicely. However, when we arrived our dishes were put away dirty and we had roaches. We killed a few every night. When we informed the office staff, they sent someone over with a can of Raid. That did absolutely nothing. We didn't see any dead roaches but continued to kill a few every night of our stay.

Nice property, but unfortunately located on beach that is not for swimming. Even if high tide the water was knee high at the most. And you have to cross through significant amounts of seeweed. Free kayak was a big plus.

Very nice property, it's an older property but very well maintained with a lot of updates. Our unit was very comfortable and clean. Look forward to staying here in the future. Highly recommend this resort

Our two night stay was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable and the view was amazing. The atmosphere was laid back and friendly. We hope to.go back again one day.

Very unresponsive front-desk staff. Called multiple times to inform that we will be checking in late but kept getting voicemails. No one responded to voicemails. They did leave the key outside but we had some anxious moments. Very limited front-desk timings. Location and the room was good.

We love staying here! The unit is very homey and comfortable. The beach is one of the nicest in the entire Keys. The pool is great and there are plenty of things to do on the property.

I booked a superior 1bedroom patio ocean view room. The room was absolutely beautiful and clean! All dishes and cookware and appliances you need are included. The resort was great! We had a perfect view of the ocean! There are kayaks, canoes, volleyball and playgrounds for the kids and picnic tables and grills right outside your door. Hotel staff were wonderful! The front desk is only open during the day but our keys were in an envelope on the front door. Of all the oceanfront hotels I’ve been to this was definitely the best.

Have stayed here plenty of times, and this by far was the best. Very well maintained, clean and beautiful! Absolutely wonderful staff.
