Three Waters Resort and Marina, Islamorada, a Tribute Portfolio Resort

The resort was very beautiful and well maintained. The cottage we stayed in was spacious and we really liked the decor and how soft the beds were. The food was good but a little pricey. We were not impressed with the cabana rental. The cabana was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait for it to be cleaned and set up. The cabana was not labeled and we were confused on which cabana was ours as there were 2 next to each other. We asked when service would start and we were told 10am, then we asked again at 10:45, then went to the front office at 11:30 and when 12pm rolled around with no service we decided to leave and get our money back on the cabana. At that point all we paid for was a chair and towel which did not meet our expectation when spending $250.00 on a cabana for the day. I would recommend several things for the cabana. 1. Number the cabanas so you can clearly see the number. Telling us Cabana 2 does not help when they are beside each other. 2. Stock the min fridge with water. 3. Clearly explain on the cabana rental that food/service will not start until a certain time. We expected to at least get something to drink while in the cabana. 4. Install a call button or app that you can be in contact with someone when you need something. There was a significant delay on getting our refund. And we do appreciate the Manager helping us on Friday get that resolved before we checked out on Saturday morning. All in all, the resort was great. We loved the vibe and updates made to the property. The rooms were comfortable and fresh, and we loved the beds as they were very comfortable, and the sheets were so soft. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. We most enjoyed fish like a local with Patrick. We found that the pool in the middle of the property was less used and felt more quiet and more private therefore we spent our time with a good book. I would give the stay at 4.5 out of 5. Highly recommend trying out Three Waters Resort.

Clean room and friendly staff. Refrigerator wasn’t cold, no weather stripping in door was drafty forcing the A/C to run non stop. Shower pools water as the floor doesn’t slope to the drain.

We loved our stay at the Three waters resort. Room was very clean, and the whole property was beautiful. we loved that house keeping came every day. We did wish some stuff stayed open a bit longer, a lot of the staff was so nice but there was a few that just seemed rude. Good and drinks are a little over priced. We did a snorkeling and sand bar tour that was absolutely amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay for our 10 year anniversary but also an excellent family friendly resort! Staff was so accommodating + friendly! Highly highly recommend!!

This hotel was my favorite. If I come to the keys I will be returning to this hotel and this hotel only. We stayed in the cove (21 age plus) and loved it. So quiet and you even had your own pool and gym. Even the other amenities were great.

The property was beautiful as soon as we pulled up we were greeted by a woman on a golf cart. She was so happy and helpful. It made us feel comfortable right away, showed us to the front desk and she was also so very friendly. I wish I remembered their names. We got an ocean view. It also overlooked the pool and tiki bar and beach. The rooms were clean. Our balcony had very comfortable seating. We sat outside all night and walked to the property around the marina. I would definitely come back.

Very nice resort, spread out but easy to navigate, could usually flag down a golf cart if you needed to, good food choices. Plenty of amenities, rentals etc. The Cove over 21, we had a great view,balcony was small but had comfortable chairs, pools and beaches were all great spots.

My only suggestion is to clean the garbage littered in the beach-lounging area. There’s also litter in the ocean (under Little Limon deck) that we picked up and a strong smell of sewage that hits the nostrils as soon as we exit our room or walk towards the Tiki bar. The ice cream place also needs to stay open later than 8. We stayed in room 218 and Friday going into Saturday evening, there was extremely loud music that went on from 10pm to about 1 am. It was awful and we couldn’t sleep and the staff was unreachable at that time. Please don’t have that music that loud and that late.
