There is a really great Mexican place to walk to and a great bagel place that also serves breakfast and lunch. The boats have air conditioning, 2 large beds, bathroom and living area with a couch, small kitchen and table. It was very relaxing. We will definitely go back. Also has a beautiful pool and games for kids. Definitely a 10!!

Really neat houseboat hotel concept, enjoyed our 5 days there. Bagel shop and shopping walking distance. Staff was super nice and helpful.

The place was very clean and staff very nice. We got in very late and was only there that night,so other than sleeping I didn’t get much time for amenities, but everything on grounds was very clean and looked to be an amazing stay for longer stays. The tranquility of sitting on the deck was amazing.

The rooms were sparsely stocked. No cups and blankets. It did not look like the pictures. It was dark. But clean! The shower broke around 8pm and maintenance came right away. Check-in lady was nice but made me feel like at warned child. Neat place! New experience!

The set up of the houseboat was excellent for our family of four. Lots of room for each of us to have our own space. The back porch overlooking the harbour was calm and relaxing and perfect for watching the manatees. Staff were great, responded quickly to questions and friendly.
