Sadly this was a terrible experience. 2 nights without air conditioning & no repair staff? Finally changed room for our last night. WARNING: this room is the smallest room we have ever booked! TINY TINY TINY. Did I say TINY? Awful. You literally **** were you sleep!!!

A room with bunk bed was given instead of double bed written on the booking agent and slippers were not provided in the room. Other than these, the room was okay and the receptionist was nice.

Book for basic amenities and just a place to rest at night.

Hotel London City is in a really good location. It’s a short walk to Farringdon Station where you have railway links, tube stations and also Heathrow express links.
The hotel itself was pretty basic and the bar closed at 11.30pm. You can however purchase drinks from a fridge but not much of a selection.
The staff were helpful and the hotel was very clean.
Overall stay was good.
Best thing is the location of the hotel.
