Clean and modern hotel. Location is very near the tube station.

Cozy cheap and great accessibility to the surrounding places. Would go if you’re on a short budget and wants to be in close to the city centre.

Very poor as if London hotels unable to self-regulate. I was charged £172 for one night of stay in a room that had no functional hairdryer, no telephone and even no cups for tea or glasses for water though supplied kettle and a selection of teas and milk sachets

Regret my stay. I used to stop here all the time. Have missed the last couple of years. I won't be rushing back again anytime soon. It was very quiet in the bar, almost deserted. Very few using the restraunt. The bar area looks like it needs a total refurbishment. We were told they have had problems with pipes leaking several times. Not water pipes but the toilet pipes( not nice apparently) We wont rush back anytime soon.

Good location, very useful to have a car park and breakfast was to usual Premier Inn standard, however they are the only positives. Room was dirty when checking in, noticeably the toilet and sink were stained from previous use. Stayed two nights, first night sleep was ok, we were by a heavy corridor door which kept waking us up. Second night was absolutely appalling it sounded like furniture was being moved around and doors slamming on the top floor which went on throughout the whole night it was impossible to sleep. Many others commented on this too.

Love this Hotel, me and my partner stayed a few nights there a couple times during the year. It’s a lovely place right next to a beautiful city centre, next to a convenient store, a McDonalds , and very handy the subway which only took us 20 mins to go to the aerport. The rooms are big enough with all the necessary, like a tv, hairdryer, extra pillows, tea £ Coffee etc.. The rooms are newly decorated and spotless. The receptionists were very friendly and the staff for the breakfast were really helpful and nice with us. We really enjoyed the breakfast, there were so many options to choose from, it was a buffet so that was very nice. Unfortunately there were only one lift working so it was always quite long to wait for it to get up to our room. And also we were pretty shocked about the attitude of the housekeeping staff. On our first day we met what looks like the supervisor of housekeeping in the lift, we greet her in the lift but she ignore us and didn’t say anything, and also on our last day we were looking for somebody to help us with our room. We asked for help to a housekeeper that was on our floor with another staff. She didn’t even greet us and looked really annoyed that we interrupted her conversation with the other housekeeper even tho we apologies and were really friendly with her . She just told us to go to reception and then turn back and left without saying anything else. But except of that, we didn’t let the bad attitude affect us, and our journey in the hotel was very pleasant.
