We stayed in julho/23 for a week and it was a great experience! The service of the collaborator Joaquim made the difference, extremely educated, sympathetic and performing. We love the experience and super recommends to everyone. It is worth picking up with breakfast pq has a very good variety. very good room cleaning also, location too.

When we arrived the reception staff were really helpful and friendly and we checked in with no issues. We immediatly went to the pool/spa area as we had booked the hotel for this reason. The pool area was very dirty and i dont just mean a few used towels on the floor, or a bit of dust, it was grimy, all around the edges of the pool was a build up of slimy scum. The changing area was not much better either. Also at the time of our visit the female hammam was broken so he ladies were using the one at the end of the male changing area which is not ideal as there are only one booth to change in and an open shower. We went back to our room and whilst trying to get to sleep we noticed that the duvet and pillows were duck feather and my wife is asthmatic so she had a severe asthma attack, I put these in the corridor outside the room. I went down to reception to ask if they had anything else. By this time the night porter was on duty and he was far more intersted in watching a film on his laptop than helping guests, i eventually managed to get a couple of clean duvet covers from him which we had to role up to use as a pillow and another to go over us. I reported this to the reception staff in the morning. One of the three lifts has been damaged and this is covered up bu a makeshift curtain. The terrace area outsode is nice and pretty and overlooks the pool through a skylight. Breakfast was good.

Apartahotel in a quiet area of Paris: Tram stop (T2) 2 minutes walking distance. Supermarket on the same door. Stack where you can buy the transport card also next to the door. The quiet and comfortable room, acceptable bed. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The worst thing was certainly cleaning, as we were told in the reception for long stays cleaning (several weeks in our case) the change of shoes and towels is done only once a week. However, this alleged cleaning left much to desire, because the sows were there day by day, the bathroom was nothing clean, mirror wasn't clean, toilet paper wasn't put... In general, the stay wasn't bad, But the issue of cleaning should be taken seriously.

Unsure how to feel about this hotel. We have stayed for 3 nights. Rooms are really good and super clean. Reception staff was fairly good at english and the whole hotel area was fairly looked after. However the garden could do with a bit more attention to it. Breakfast staff could do better at looking after guests during breakfast. And i dont mean as to serving them but mending the condiments and food so it doesnt run out completely. Also do not raise your shoulders when asked a simple question in english. Its a hotel, people should know at least what the food they serve is called in english. Breakfast tables are all set for two so if there is more then two of you, get prepared to make your own arrangements or be there early to grab a single long table that can sit more people. Breakfast table preparations could be taking place earlier in the morning than in the evening. That way guests could use tables indoors for socialising etc.
