My experience at this hotel was a complete disappointment. The cleanliness is atrocious. The toilets, floors, and kitchen are filthy. We left our keys 3-4 times requesting cleaning, but even after so-called cleaning, the situation remained the same. Our room lacked the most basic necessities; there was no kettle, cup, glass, plate, etc. Communication and information were non-existent. Various parts of the rooms are worn out and damaged due to dampness and moisture, and they look terrible. Do not be deceived by the photos you see online. They constantly provide misleading information. We requested a cup but were told they couldn't provide one. The so-called double bed was just two single beds pushed together, making it very uncomfortable, and we couldn't sleep properly. The refrigerator’s internal freezer was broken and they didn’t fix it so everything you leave in their goes ice. No hot water on the first day. Toilet door was broken and wouldn’t shut properly so you hear it slamming all night from the wind. We booked two rooms for 6 people for 14 days, but problems started from the very first day. Check-in was delayed by 1.5 hours because they gave our room to someone else (even though we arrived 2 hours before check-in time). We requested an early check-out on the first day, but they said they couldn't issue a refund. They were not helpful at all. I will never choose this hotel again.

1- Staff not professional, even they can't speak English and all the time using google translator to communicate with guest. 2- room cleaning every 3 days not every day. 3- breakfast very poor and if any items finish and you ask to get this item, they will say to you sorry its finish even during breakfast time which is from 8 to 11. 4- if you request anything to your room they will not bring and you should keep asking many times. 5- to clean your room you should inform reception and keep they key with them and end of the day when you will back to your room you will find you room not clean as you left in the morning. 5- room doesn't have safe box. 6- when you book apartment room with full bed and sofa bed you will not have full bed, only they have twin bed and they make it as a full bed. 7- internet speed is good but the internet connection is poor and you should insert user name and password every few hours. I booked in this hotel 3 rooms for me and my family (2 apartment room and 1 studio room) and room number was 102, 316, 703 and now I'm staying in 403. I don't like my current room 403 because i requested many things to the room and they didn't bring until now. my advice to you if you are looking for nice stay for beautiful vacation don't book in this hotel because you will have many issues especially in communication with reception team and any request you want. only I'm staying in this hotel now because the value of money and its very close to my work.

Some of the employees are very rude, they do not look at your face when you are talking to them, they are on the phone. The breakfast is never worth its price. Kahvaltıda kişi başı 400 lira ödüyorsunuz ve hazır paketli şeyleri koyuyorlar sözde açık büfe oluyor. 14.00’te giriş yapılıyormuş 12’de girdiğimiz için yine kişi başı ek ücret ödedik. Her gün resepsiyondaki çalışanlar farklı, klima kumandalarını toplamışlar,öğlenleri daha da soğuyor ODAYI KENDİ İSTEĞİNİZE GÖRE ISITAMIYORSUNUZ BİLE. Zin D Home Dudullu Suits Hotel'e giriş 29 Ocak 2025 çıkış 31 Ocak 2025 2 yetişkin 1 11 yaş çocuk olmak üzere standart oda rezervasyonumu bire bir otelden olmak üzere 09 Ocak 2025 tarihinde yaptırdım. Rezervasyonuma dair detaylarda kapıda ödeme gerçekleştireceğim bilgisiyle bana "Konfirmasyon Formu" olarak yine 09 Ocak 2025 tarihinde gönderildi. 28 Ocak 2025 tarihinde yani otele gelmeden 1 gün öncesinde saat 19.00'da otele WhatsApp üzerinden "Yarın yola çıkacağız. Rezervasyonumuz ile alakalı bir sıkıntı yok değil mi?" diye sordum ve ek olarakta hatırlatmalar için 09 Ocak 2025 tarihinde tarafıma gönderilen "Konfirmasyon Formu"nu gönderdim. Üzerine 28 Ocak 2025 tarihinde 19.07'de kafama takılan birkaç soru için oteli aradım ve yaklaşık 1 dakika 30 saniyelik bir görüşme yaptım ve görüşme esnasında da ertesi gün Antalya'dan yola çıkacağımı ve akşam saat 22.00 civarında otellerinde olacağımı ilettim. Buraya kadar hiç bir sıkıntı yaşamadım. Otel 29 Ocak 2025 tarihinde saat 09.31'de bana WhatsApp üzerinden "Merhaba, bugün ZIN D Home Dudullu Suits’de rezervasyonunuz görünmektedir. Giriş saatinizi paylaşmanızı rica ederiz. Sizi ağırlamaktan memnuniyet duyacağız." diye mesaj atmış. Benden yanıt alamayınca da "Merhabalar rezervasyonunuz geri dönüş alınamadığı için iptal edilmiştir." diyerek başka bir mesaj atmış ve rezervasyonumu iptal etmiş. Bu arada ben 29 Ocak 2025 tarihinde (otele giriş yapacağım gün) Bursa'da iken saat 19.35'te otelin numarasını arayarak karşımdaki kişiye; otelde rezervasyonumun olduğunu, anlık olarak Bursa'da olduğumu, havlu unuttuğumu ve otelde temin edip etmediklerini sordum. Otelde mevcut olduğunu ilettikleri için bende teşekkür ederek akşam 22.00 civarı görüşürüz diyerek telefonu kapattım. Saat 22.17'de telefonumun WhatsApp mesajlarına baktım ve Zin D Home Dudullu Suits Hotel'e gelen yukarıda detaylandırdığım mesajları gördüm. Hemen oteli aradım. 1 dakika 24 saniye boyunca telefonda konuştum. 2 dakika içinde otelde olacağımı söyleyerek telefonu kapattım. Saat 22.20 civarı eşimle otele giriş yaptık. Resepsiyon kısmında yer alan bayana durumu aktardık. Bize ulaşamadıkları için (kastedilen şey WhatsApp mesajı, çünkü otel tarafımıza herhangi bir arama gerçekleştirmedi) rezervasyonumuzun iptal edildiğini ve öğleden sonraki iptallerinden sonra odamızın başkalarına satıldığını, ellerinde istersek sadece 1+0 ve bizim odamızın benzeri ama m2 olarak daha genişçe 1 odanın yer aldığını ve gecelik olarak benim anlaştığımdan kat kat daha fazla bir ücretle yardımcı olabileceklerini ilettiler.
