The hotel was very nice and friendly. We were allowed to check in early at 11:30 even though the official check-in time was 2 PM. The hotel is also close to public transportation, the city center, and tourist attractions.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and we would highly recommend it. Our room was clean, comfortable and also had a view of the sea. The hotel also has a small lift which is rare in small hotels in the old city. The staff was friendly and helpful right from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The hotel is also in a great location, about 5 minutes walk to the main tourist areas and there are plenty of shops and cafes nearby for anything you might need during your stay.

Staff very friendly, good location. Easy excess to shop nearby, a lot of survinier shop and restuarant too. Hotel can book taxi with cheap price compare to apps.

The reception guy was friendly and allowed for early check in. The room was clean, AC, water tap with hot water worked well!

The price is great, the staff are fluent with english and welcoming the guest nicely . not to mention the decoration also nice and consider as 3/5 star hotel . The housekeeping is great, they clean the room n the toilet every day at 11 am. when nobody inside the will knock the door to notice the guest. to prepared . The facilities , tv, water heater in shower room , the fridge also working well. The hotel also provided lift which made things easier for guest with heavy luggage. The view from the room/ the window made the room breathing good. Also, the walking time to nearest Place in istanbul consider as win win situation. 5-10 min walks to Tram T1 connecting Hotel Area - sirkeci ( sea area )
