Intercity Hotel Istanbul Airport

This was the worst experience in Istanbul over the past four years. Initially, we were given a room with an extra bed that blocked the wardrobe and the fridge. We then moved to a larger room, which was dirtier and had rocks underneath one of the beds because the bed was broken. There was also a hanging light cable in a room with two kids. The next day, we requested an early checkout. I contacted Trip.com, but the receptionist refused and only showed me two rooms at 13:00 — we canceled our plans for that day. The first room had a hanging electric cable again and a broken toilet flush, and the second was on the top roof floor behind the stairs, inside the room. He promised to show me a third room at 6. They wasted my holiday day. During breakfast, the staff member was smoking with the door open to the restaurant, and once he dropped his cigarette, he handled our food without washing his hands.

Good price and fine hotel for one night stay. Close to airport. Kind staff. Soundproof is bad, we could hear everything the next door saying and doing plus outside road sound was loud too. Bed mattress was not comfy.

Our stay was okay. Very near airport and to catch a steal of this place, a big room with one queen and one single (but they gave us another single bed again) plus it comes with a breakfast. The breakfast is prepacked but its okay for us. Will recommend for people who reached late at night in Istanbul or have an early flight to catch up the next day to come stay here. Oh ya, hotel also comes with cute lifts and cute staffs 🥰

It was a really nice experience. We booked for 3 nights and the staffs were so friendly and hospitable
