Very bad experience. Water There was no water drainage, the bathroom door did not close, there was electricity in the bathroom.

Excellent small, cozy hotel, for its money just a find, located 5 minutes from Taksim Square and at the same time on a quiet street, where there is no noise, din. All the most necessary cafes, shops, metro, bus stops are within walking distance of 3-5 minutes. The room itself was clean upon check-in (yes, it is not new and there are some defects), but for its money excellent, without foreign smell. If something was needed iron, umbrella, mugs, spoons, the administrators provided. The neighboring one was heard, but this did not interfere with sleep, if someone is very sensitive to this, then take earplugs or consider a hotel where soundproofing is at the highest level! We liked everything!

The boss is nice and amiable, very friendly to Chinese people, the room is clean and bright, very cost-effective, the room has a balcony, the scenery is beautiful, living in the alley inside the street is very quiet, and it is quite romantic and sentimental. A very bad hotel. I strongly do not recommend staying in it. The business owner has no professional ethics. The deluxe room we booked did not arrange the corresponding room on the pretext that the room was full. We negotiated three times to no avail. We reluctantly checked in and complained to Ctrip when we returned home. It is strongly recommended that Ctrip not cooperate with such merchants. During our stay, no one cleaned the room. The shower head was not 1 meter high, so it was impossible to stand and take a shower. This is a true review, I hope you won’t step on the trap again.

One of the best 3* hotels. The service I received was 5*. Stayed here for 2 weeks and the service never faulered. The staff were friendly, always smiling and ever ready to help. Idea location in Taksim, a 2 minute walk to the bus station and the metro rail station. Close to all the attractions that Istanbul has to offer. Definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be a repeat customer. A big thank you to the staff for treating this foreign visitor with such kindness, you are a credit to the hotel and your beautiful city.

Worst hotel in my life. If you want a bad wii-fix, dirty rooms/not well maintained and sleep with cockroach go there and the staff is harassing me to write a nice review (then even proposed me money to change my review).

The location is good (a 5-minute walk to Taksim Square). The beds are comfortable. Not so great: Surfaces in the room weren't clean, and the refrigerator still contained items from the previous occupant. The smell of cigarettes from the entrance area permeates the room. It's very noisy, and you can hear everything and everyone. The bathroom is very worn. This review refers to the "Deluxe" family room.
