The location was perfect for a female solo traveler. I felt safe and I could walk to my tours, the Cagaloglu Hamami, the spice market and grand bazar. Room was clean and a great value. I also enjoyed the hotel restaurant. Hotel staff were kind and I would stay here again.

The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable and the breakfast spread was wonderful. Great part of town, less than 10 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia.

The staff at the hotel were lovely, very helpful with kids and the cleaning staff do an amazing job. The beds were very comfy and the breakfast selection was good (yummy cakes) and it was also a lovely touch that they would top up your fridge with complimentary water bottles. The location is amazing, 4 mins walk from Medusa with Hagia Sofia and Sultanahmet right there. The location was great for us as a big family.

The hotel service has been incredibly welcoming. The stuff is really polite and helpful with everything. Food and beverages are of really good quality both at breakfast and dinner recommended also their restaurant which gives you a special discount.

The hotel room was large, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is not very private. Breakfast was not good, but the food and cocktails in the restaurant were very good. The staff was helpful. The location was excellent.

Front desk staff went out of there way to make us feel comfortable. They were exceptional in providing service. They got coffee for us early in the morning and arranged taxis when needed.
