The hotel is very conveniently located, the rooms are clean, the linens are new, breakfast is brought to the dining room on the ground floor, but quickly, everything is fresh, tasty, the coffee from the coffee machine is very tasty!

A very nice hotel; my family stayed for a night. There are lifts. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is large, and the water pressure is excellent. The breakfasts are hearty, served on plates with assorted items: cheese, sausage, greens/vegetables, a boiled egg, olives, jams, dried fruit, and muffins. Tea, coffee, juice, and cereal with milk are available for self-service. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is a boutique hotel with an elegant, retro style. Stepping inside feels like stepping back into the 1990s—very comfortable. The staff are not only professional and polite but also quite handsome. Although the rooms are small, the layout and flow are very smooth. The bed is absolutely amazing! I didn't want to leave once I lay down! 🤣 Soooo comfortable! 😘 The price is very reasonable. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I'm ever in Eburg. 👍🏻

The hotel was excellent; we stayed three nights. We arrived at 11:30 AM (even though check-in was stated to be after 2:00 PM) and were checked in right away. Incidentally, they also allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. We booked a triple room on the 2nd (actually 3rd) floor. The room was clean and serviced daily. Toiletries were provided, along with a hairdryer and safe. The TV had Turkish channels. Breakfast from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A typical Turkish breakfast; some might find it monotonous, but for us it was enough. Fresh bread, cheese, ham, eggs, olives, a variety of sauces, honey, jams on bread, tea, coffee, juice, and milk. Those accustomed to all-inclusive will be disappointed, but we loved it. The location is excellent. Two minutes to Taksim, one and a half to Istiklal, and a 7-8 minute stop for the express train to Sabiha Airport. If you go the other way, you'll find yourself along the pretty streets of Tophane and then straight to Galatoport, and, of course, to the water and the Karaköy pier. The staff is friendly and speaks Turkish, with some speaking a little English. The only downside for the more sensitive are two trash containers near the entrance, opposite the "dining room" windows. We didn't find them a problem—this is Istanbul, it's like that everywhere. Where it's not, the prices are much higher. I definitely recommend it!

I can't recommend this hotel for even one night. It's located in a noisy area, and the insulation is very poor. You'll hear the noise and shouts of passersby from the street, and this doesn't stop even at night, as it's close to Istiklal Street. There are trash containers below the windows of almost every room. And if you get a side room, a streetlight will shine through the window. The bathroom door is translucent, so the streetlight will glare into your eyes while you sleep. Any privacy is completely lost, as you can clearly see the silhouette of a person sitting on the toilet. The windows don't open to air out the room. We booked a room with two separate beds, but they gave us a dorm-size bed. The blanket was too small for our liking, and the pillows were too hard for our liking, making it difficult to sleep. The bedspread had a burn hole and a large stain. The breakfast was meager. The only positives are the location for transportation accessibility (near Taksim) and the ability to leave luggage after check-out. The staff is unfriendly. The room has a kettle, complimentary 0.3-liter bottles of water, tea and coffee bags, slippers (the cheapest kind, they only lasted my husband a day before they broke), and a paid minibar.

We arrived in Istanbul, booked from Russia based on the description and photos. The photos matched the photos, but we didn't expect such a small space. The rooms were clean, as were the bedding. Breakfast wasn't a buffet; it was served individually on a tray. There was a boiled egg, sliced sausages in sauce, four types of individually wrapped jam, and honey. A few pieces of cheese and some greens. It might be enough for some, but not for me. I recommend it for an overnight stay; it's not far from Taksim.

I don't think it is suitable for families with children. The location is nice, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is adequate and the breakfast attendant is very attentive and friendly. The room is small and the bathroom door is not useful.

It's extremely, extremely bad. The attitude of the front desk and the owner is extremely bad. It's just a liar hotel. They want to make more money. It's disgusting.
