We chose the hotel because it was newly opened. Our first night, we dined at the hotel's on-site Yogurt Restaurant. The staff were very attentive, and everything was very clean. However, when we entered the restaurant, we were the only customers, even though it was late afternoon. After dinner, we experienced stomach upset that night and had to go to the hospital. The result: food poisoning. The fact that both my wife and I experienced the same symptoms, the fact that the place had just opened, and the chronological order of events pointed all the way to this restaurant. Having never been hospitalized, we had to get three liters of IV fluids and spend four days in two private hospitals. We paid the hospitals a sum similar to what we paid the hotel. After the second hospital diagnosed us with food poisoning, we notified the hotel. The hotel staff said they would take care of it, but they only contacted us at the last minute, the day we were supposed to check out. Yet, our phones were always on. The hotel stated that a 72-hour notification is required, as per the procedure. After numerous procedural discussions, we were charged 4,125 TL for the meal we had at the restaurant that day. However, we were going to evaluate the hotel service and the restaurant separately. The hotel staff truly did their best to provide excellent service. However, despite all these difficulties and my wife's five-day vacation being spent almost entirely sick, even charging for the meal was unbecoming of Hilton quality. Mishaps can happen. But quality isn't just about showing up when everything goes smoothly. Quality is about resolving issues when they arise.

It's a new and very nice hotel. All the staff are very friendly. The reception and valet staff are especially attentive. The rooms are very clean. We were the hotel's 10th guests. They upgraded our room free of charge. I'd also like to thank them for the refreshments they sent to our room.

Absolutely fantastic, amazing hotel. We booked for 6 nights and everything is exceptional . Great staff members, huge and comfortable rooms, the breakfast is a plus.100 % recommend it if you visit Istanbul.

Brand new hotel with superb helpful staff everything to extremely good standard. The architecture and interiors with extremely good taste bring local culture incorporated to the interior design making you feel part of Turkish heritage. The standard of cleanness was above expectation and the suites were spacious with a complete kitchen and comfortable. I was on the side of the street on second floor so certain occasions was noise and you do hear dogs barking and traffic. The restaurant buffet breakfast was enough with a large variety of chooses continental or English. The break buffet was a delight with many different choices. Once again the staff were focused on in pleasing and making you comfortable. The only thing I could not find was the connection to transfer my YouTube to the tv seems that there were only channels to choose from but with no connection to transfer to main tv, that will be amazing so foreigners will have more option to entertain on rest hours. Definitely would be a return choose for the near future not just for holidays but business also.

Wonderful stay at the Curio Altunizade! I spent 7 nights at the Curio Collection by Hilton Altunizade and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very comfortable, but what really made the difference was the staff — always friendly, helpful, and professional. From the reception, to the restaurant, and housekeeping teams, everyone went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The location on the Asian side is perfect for discovering another side of Istanbul, and it’s very well connected by metro and bus to the main attractions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you to all of the teams for your kindness and hospitality!

Everything was wonderful! The complimentary treats in the room and the handwritten welcome note from the manager were a very thoughtful gesture. Sevdenur, Erol, Tarık, Emre, Faruk, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We felt truly special, and we can't wait to come back!

The staff was generally very nice, the gym was open 24/7, and the restaurant was great. Çağlar and Furkan were very helpful with my accommodations and information about the surrounding area. I've stayed in many hotels in Istanbul. This place is truly wonderful. Only the TVs don't connect to the internet, which would be great if this were changed.

We were only able to use the room at this newly opened hotel; the spa center was under renovation. We didn't have breakfast because we had to leave early. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and convenient. The concept is a success. The hotel staff is attentive and kind. Thank you.

The reception and valet staff, in particular, exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were also delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade as our 10th guest. The special treats sent to our room were an added surprise and thoughtful touch—we felt very special. It was a wonderful hotel. We had the privilege of being one of its first guests. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm welcome of the staff. We would especially like to thank Mr. Erman, Hakan, Ergun, Emre Ilbey, and Ms. Kubra. We also thank the hotel manager for the kind handwritten note he left in our room. We will definitely stay again.

Due to the kindness and attention of the night manager Emre, I stayed one more night due to his concern, even though the rooms were non-smoking, as I am a smoker. I normally do not stay there.
