Everything was alright and clean, but during my stay for two days hot water supply was an issue and my room hasn't had hot water. Had to take cold shower.

I often stay at this hotel when I have a layover in Istanbul. It's always clean, and what's important for me is that it's relatively quiet, so I can get a good night's sleep before my flight. It's also convenient to get there from the airport by taking the H6 bus.

Ridiculous AND Rubbish. Totally zero and rubbish hotel, don’t ever book because I visited there on 11/3/25 in midnight and after doing all formalities I went straight away to room and checked the room and the it was ok but not that which they have mentioned to provide in their manual no toothbrush and paste as they mentioned and when I asked them for this the person in specs told me he was new and in night shift and stock has finished so he called the manager in morning till then nothing and ignore totally. Secondly i called them over reception and the same person in specs answered the phone and I asked him when will the breakfast start in morning as i have to leave early and he said it wil start around 10am. So for that I can’t postpone my plans and i woke up early and by chance i called on reception at 7 am and other guy with him answered phone and he said breakfast has started already at 6. So look at their poor management and not providing enough services.  If there is button for negative ratings l loved to give it  False promises written on leaflets, no sense of talk.  Dont book here.  Thanks

The place is located close to the airport. However, make sure to bring smaller bills — they couldn’t give me any change for a 20-euro note. For breakfast, I was told to walk about 2 minutes down the road to a different hotel, which was quite confusing. Nothing was communicated to me about this at check-in. The breakfast room didn’t have any coffee, which was surprising, as most hotels usually offer coffee for breakfast. In the room, there were no English TV channels — everything was in Turkish. There was also no kettle or coffee provided. The only positive aspect is the airport shuttle, but most hotels offer that anyway.

The hotel was ok, but all the hotels here are quite bad. Everything was fine, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The thing I didn’t like was, they have breakfast until 10 am, and at 9 am there was no omelette anymore, and they didn’t want to make more. When I specifically asked to make me an omelette, they said they would, but after I came to them in 10 min, they said they were out of eggs! Is that normal? If they have buffet until 10, they should replenish food until 10! And also, these eggs were on a plate, not in something that could keep them warm, so the remnants were cold. And potatoes in hot places were open, so they also got cold!

I had a pleasant night at the hotel Heaven premium pthe room was nice and clean. The breakfast was very good, and all the staff were smiling and helpful, I highly recommend it.

First of all, my transfer flight was 23 hours after my first flight. Turkish Airlines don’t provide any stopover hotel for you. It is a total scam. So after being rejected at the care center of Turkish Airlines I made on the spot booking at the airport and contacted hotel to pick me up from the Istanbul Airport because since I am an Asian I was afraid of going out to take a taxi alone. Fortunately, hotel responded so quickly and sent me the driver. It took only 15 minutes to get to the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel the staff were super friendly and the room was so clean and comfortable. I took a great night sleep there and breakfast was great as well. Only problem was passing car noise.

Good location as being close to the airport. But there is nothing around the hotel so don’t hope to leave hotel for a walk or shopping. On the other hand, service needs to be improved drastically. They are kind and trying their best but that is pretty much it. It might be better with time though since they are relatively new
