It has been a very disappointment experience. There is no airport shuttle bus service as claimed in the website. If you need to catch a morning flight, they just offer you a simple sandwich. Do not stay there!

This hotel is a scam. It is not in the airport nor is it close. Everything is a scam. DON'T STAY HERE, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!

I booked this hotel because I had a layover in Instanbul. I made the decision to visit the blue mosque before checking in. I was unable to go to the hotel because when I returned to the airport it was after 9pm and the taxi drivers were charging 400 Turkish Lira to go there. I called the hotel and explained the situation and asked if I could use the booking in the future whenever I returned to Instanbul and they said no. I'm really disappointed because I really like the city and will be returning soon. Next time I have a layover I will stay in the yotel inside the airport so I don't waste my money.

We selected this hotel because if it’s convenience to the Istanbul airport. We were very pleased with all the amenities.
The free shuttle is perfect. We had to leave very early for a flight and would miss the breakfast. Our hotel staff offered to make us a lunch to-go which was so thoughtful.
Staff and rooms were extremely welcoming. The entire hotel was spotless. Very, very good value for the price.

I was very happy, particularly with the shuttle service. The room was great too. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. I would love to have had some yogurt, for example. Also for overnighters like us, we do not bring Turkish lira with us nor do we want to have any when we go home so it would be helpful if the desk could somehow, change euros into Turkish lira for tips.
