The Location is good but there is some noise because of the Taxi station and near to night club, the reception team is so kind and helpful, but there is a woman in the housekeeping is so rude and aggressive with all customers specially in the breakfast. I complained her 2 times because of her bad attitude against the customers. The room is small as well.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was very dirty: the mattress had disgusting yellow marks, the walls were covered in stains and a nauseating smell reigned there permanently, to the point of making me want to vomit. The sink, poorly fixed, was tilted and seemed ready to fall over every time we used it. The toilet was also far from clean. The room was so small that it was impossible to unpack our things: it was supposed to accommodate two people, but there was not even room for one. The bedspread was never changed, despite the presence of obvious stains. The staff, for their part, were unwelcoming, never a smile or a hello. The breakfast was catastrophic: often, there was almost nothing to eat, and sometimes not even Nescafé. To get a coffee, you had to ask for it, which is not acceptable. In addition, the restaurant reeked of toilet smells. In summary, a disastrous experience that I do not recommend to anyone.

Cool small cozy hotel, all photos correspond to reality. Breakfast is homemade, like grandma's in the kitchen. Everything is new and clean, comfortable beds. We will definitely come back!

I had a chance to stay here last year, and everything was great then, so my friends and I chose this hotel. However, everything was not as great as before: in a room for three there was only 1 bottle of water and only 2 sets of towels. The room itself, despite the name "Deluxe", looks very sad: the furniture is covered with a band-aid, the renovation is old. The breakfast has also become worse - nothing hot, although in the fall of 2024 there were delicious vegetables, for example. What has remained unchanged is the pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel is convenient if you want to live in the center (a few minutes walk to Taksim Square, as well as to the shuttles to the airport), for reasonable money and clean.

Yes, it was quite ok. I'll probably book there again.
