The hotel is located in the city center, about a 40-minute drive from the airport, but expect traffic congestion during morning and evening rush hours. The facilities are relatively new and clean. There's free parking available right outside. However, the overhead shower in the bathroom was broken.

The room I was given had a huge pillar, which made the space feel cramped. While the hotel offers a shuttle to Taksim, to catch a bus or metro, you have to walk about 1 km, which is quite inconvenient – unless you plan on only taking taxis, then disregard. The room type was completely different from the pictures shown online. The space at the foot of the bed was much smaller. Picture 1 is of the actual room, and Picture 2 is what was displayed online. There wasn't even enough space to walk around once my luggage was open. I raised this issue with the front desk right at check-in, and the person told me that the room I booked was indeed like this, and the online pictures were incorrect because the platform had uploaded the wrong image. Also, the lady at the front desk had a rather poor attitude.

Absolutely terrible. The safe where I put my cash wouldn't open. They had to send someone up in the middle of the night to pry it open. On top of that, the security latch on the door was broken. It gave me such a fright in the middle of the night that I couldn't sleep a wink. My blood pressure and cholesterol levels shot up. Do NOT stay at this hotel.

The hotel was really beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The atmosphere was pleasant and made our stay very enjoyable. The location is also very convenient — not far from Taksim, about a 12-minute walk or just 3–5 minutes by car, which made it easy to get around. A special thank you to Cansu, who was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful. She supported us in every aspect and made sure we felt welcome at all times. Her service truly made a difference during our stay. Overall, I was very satisfied with both the hotel and the service. Everything was well organized, and the staff was friendly and professional. The hotel room isn't huge, about 25 square meters including the bathroom, similar to a standard budget hotel in China. The good thing is it just opened last year, so it's quite clean. The front desk staff, especially the young man, was incredibly helpful. He assisted with calling taxis and recommended sightseeing routes. Even though communication wasn't always perfectly smooth, his service was excellent. The hotel is a little bit of a walk from the station, but there are plenty of small restaurants nearby, which was great for my Chinese palate.
