The hotel staff lost my luggage. They searched for it for 40 minutes. Ultimately, it was enough to miss my flight. Upon returning from the airport to the hotel, the staff said the general manager wouldn't be able to speak to me. A ticket costs 750 euros, and a round-trip taxi costs 100 euros. The hotel's security cameras show what time I arrived, what time I asked for my luggage, how long they kept me there, and what time my taxi arrived. I demand that the higher-ups in charge of this hotel contact me for compensation for the expenses incurred.

Very helpful frontdesk. Rooms are clean and they upgraded us to seaview room. Breakfast is amazing just be sure to pay what is quoted here instead of their list price.

Great location in front of the sea, 20 min walking from a busy area with a lot of restaurants and shops, I was in the 11th floor when the marmara earthquake hits Istanbul, it was so safe , they told me it could handle an earthquake of 8 degree, breakfast was good , for people love to walk it's great place

Not so bad! It’s not old hotel. general, everything is good,but some moments are bad, the spa is bad!. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant has a great respect for the managers!

Love the executive lounge, seldom seen a better one besides in the Hilton V Hotel Dubai. Staff was great and the room was excellent.

The actual room amenities is differ from what posted, however after complaint, hotel agreed to make changes to another room. Room toilet is with unpleasant smell, after complaint, the cleaner come to clean and solve the problem. The service is not up to 5 star. Breakfast food choices are limited.
