⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Dosso Dossi Hotels in Turkey. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. The service was excellent throughout my stay, and everything was handled smoothly. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Dosso Dossi Hotels in Turkey. I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit.

Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with this hotel because on the Trip.com website it was not clearly shown that the hotel’s swimming pool was not available. We specifically chose this hotel so that we could enjoy the pool for three days. When we arrived, the reception staff were very unfriendly. We spent two days sitting in the hotel room because there were no facilities or alternatives available. We decided to check out early because we did not want to spend this amount of money just staying in the room. At the reception, we politely explained the situation and simply asked whether the hotel could perhaps compensate us with a complimentary hammam for two people. The staff behaved very rudely, and the receptionist became aggressive. My suitcase was damaged, and they wrapped it for me, but then they demanded 300 Turkish lira for it. I explained that I had already paid 160 euros for the stay and that this could perhaps be considered a small compensation for the inconvenience. The receptionist then became physically aggressive. He grabbed my wrist, pulled me, took my suitcase away, and acted as if he wanted to tear it apart. He kept pulling and handling me aggressively. He said that if I did not pay the 300 lira, he would not return my suitcase. In the end, we checked out one day earlier than planned, left the hotel, and had to find another accommodation. The bathroom was dirty and not at all up to the standard of a five-star hotel. Today, we asked for an extra cleaning service, but the cleaner came with a dry cloth only, wiped the tiles with it, and polished the faucet. I had an amazing stay at Dosso Dossi. The housekeeping was excellent, and the reception team was very helpful. The views from the hotel are truly spectacular! The only area for improvement would be the breakfast service; the staff there seemed a bit disengaged. However, it didn't take away from my overall great experience. A solid 5-star stay!

Everything is great from the second you enter to the breakfast until the moment you leave. I am very thankful to them.. i strongly recommend

Not a 5-Star Experience I honestly don’t understand how this hotel is rated as a 5-star property. For the price we paid, I expected a much higher standard. The TV was very small and not even a Smart TV. I understand that people don’t come to a hotel just to watch TV, but everyone has different needs, and for a 5-star hotel, I would expect better facilities. The hotel itself also feels quite old-fashioned and does not have the level of comfort or modernity I would expect from a 5-star property. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. It was supposed to turn off when the door was closed, but one evening it got stuck and would not switch off. I contacted the staff, but unfortunately, nobody came to help. After that, I became sick, which made the experience even more disappointing. Overall, I really don’t feel that this hotel offers a 5-star experience. Considering the price, I believe you can find much better hotels for the same money.

This is the best room I have stayed in in Istanbul.

Staff on front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Amazing Turkish breakfast buffet; so many fresh and healthy choices! The view from the restaurant's terrace and the room's balcony were beautiful. Gym was the best we have ever experienced at any hotel around the world. Yes, there is a steep hill to walk to the nearest public transportation location, but it was easy to call an Uber to the lobby and the steep hill means a gorgeous river view from the property! Great value stay, we would gladly return!

Best hotel in town

Clean rooms but location is little far off but inside the city .

A lovey stay with a connected room but the hotel on top of a Hil and there is a series of buggy 🛺 to pick you up and down to the Main Street. Amazing breakfast with omelet custom station.

İ want to canceled but its not accepted. So i lost 56 usd. İ always use trip.com but its canceled  for healty problem
