Excellent hotel located near the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast is delicious and comes with a beautiful view from the terrace. The room is clean and has all the amenities. We thank the hotel staff for our wonderful stay and for their help with every little detail 😍😘❤️

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. For the price, you won't find anything better in this area. The sea view from our room with a balcony was incredibly impressive! I particularly want to commend the staff: everyone was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help (we were traveling with a baby). A special thank you goes to Gulfidan at reception and Özer, the bellboy – their attentiveness made our stay as comfortable as possible.

Good hotel, convenient location, polite staff. I booked a room with a sea view, and it was magnificent! There's a nice restaurant on the second floor, and a bar on the terrace with a great view and beer. I enjoyed everything.

The attention from the receptionist and waiters was very good; they were very approachable and friendly. However, the facilities left a lot to be desired, especially in the room we were assigned. The bathroom was terrible. The pipes smelled really bad at night, so much so that I could barely sleep due to the odor. Even with the toilet lid closed and the bathroom door shut, it still smelled of sewage, so we had to switch to another hotel. Going in there to do my makeup or simply use the toilet was disgusting. On top of that, the bathroom ceiling was crumbling. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center next to the mosques, but these kinds of issues are simply unacceptable. I believe that room should not be rented out in such conditions; they urgently need to fix the problem in the bathroom. The bedsheets were also full of pills and very rough, making it uncomfortable to sleep. On the other hand, there's a charming rooftop where breakfast is served, but overall, the breakfast is very poor and not good.

Good day! I'll start by saying that the hotel failed to fulfill its obligations regarding the booked room. We booked a family room with a balcony for our family. Upon arrival at the hotel for check-in, we were immediately told that there were problems with our room and they couldn't accommodate us. They offered us one night in a different hotel. A bellboy escorted us to the other hotel and carried our luggage. The alternative hotel turned out to be, to put it mildly, a dump – tiny rooms, a non-functional air conditioner; in short, it was awful. We were so upset that we just dropped our suitcases and immediately went out into the city, only returning to sleep. The next morning, we returned to our hotel for breakfast and to store our luggage. After breakfast, we inquired about our room and were told it would be ready by 2 PM, even though the day before they had promised we might be able to check in that morning. They lied again, but we decided not to get too upset and went out to explore. We returned to the hotel at 2:30 PM, and to our surprise, the reception handed us two key cards for different rooms – not even adjoining, but located at opposite ends of the floor. So much for a family room! Furthermore, when we returned to the hotel, the electricity had been off since 12 PM, and they promised it would be back on by 8 PM… We decided to check out the offered rooms. Naturally, they didn't at all match what we had booked; there was no balcony, for which we had paid extra. Since we were already exhausted from all the 'hostel hopping,' we decided to just take the offered rooms. But it was a complete disappointment! Returning to the hotel in the evening, around 11:30 PM, the electricity that was promised by 8 PM still hadn't come back on, which also meant no hot water and no air conditioning. A large group of guests gathered at the entrance, demanding a solution (by the way, the manager is constantly absent, and if you want to talk to him, you have to wait 1-2-3 hours). As a result, the hostess tried again to offer relocation to another hotel for one night. Everyone went to get their belongings, and to our surprise, when we came back down, no one was there; they had simply forgotten about us. Meanwhile, it was already past midnight. We waited for the hostess to return and for us to be moved. About 1.5 hours later, all the guests were brought back 😂 apparently, they couldn't find enough 'hotels' to accommodate everyone. After some time, around 2 AM, the electricity finally came back on. So, out of 3 nights, we spent 2 nights in complete stress and confusion. By the way, the electricity went out again the next day at the hotel, but they managed to restore it quicker. Regarding the hotel service: the toilet paper in the room ran out, and the TV wasn't working. First, my husband asked at reception for more paper and to fix the TV. Then I personally asked the housekeepers who were cleaning our room for paper. To our surprise, when we returned to the room in the evening, the paper was still not there! And of course, the TV still wasn't working. I had to visit reception twice more to get a roll of paper. The water in the room was never refilled during our entire stay. The room we booked was supposed to have slippers; in the rooms they gave us, one had them, the other didn't. The hotel offered breakfast on the restaurant terrace. The breakfast was average; everything was dried out because it wasn't covered in any way, and the selection was mediocre – lots of cheese of one type, various cold cuts, boiled eggs, fruits (in the first few days, a meager amount of melon and sliced oranges with grapefruit; later, perhaps when foreign tourists arrived, the selection became richer). The coffee machine, of course, wasn't working; there was only instant coffee, which quickly ran out, and we constantly had to ask for more. The only positive was the view from the terrace during breakfast. Otherwise, I do not recommend this hotel. There are many problems, constant promises, but no action to fix the situation. My rating for the hotel is 1 out of 10.

Great location in the historic district, everything is within walking distance! Very polite reception staff: Gilfidan, Imamcan, Umut. We especially liked one lady whose name we didn't catch! Delicious breakfast with several types of cheese, omelets, boiled eggs, a large selection of fruits, vegetables – everything was tasty, including the pastries! The rooms are small. Our air conditioning wasn't working; we asked them to fix it, and it seemed to work for a bit, but then broke down again at night. Get a room with a balcony, otherwise, your clothes won't dry in the room. Other than that, everything was great! There are inexpensive restaurants nearby!

My solo stay at the Olympic Hotel was absolutely perfect! The hygiene was top-notch, and the room was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. The location is super convenient for getting around, especially to the Old Town attractions. The staff were all very friendly and handled any requests promptly. All the facilities worked smoothly, and it offers great value for money. Definitely worth staying again!

We were given this view from the window, despite booking a sea-view room. The hotel really tested our patience before finally checking us in. Instead of an early check-in at 8:00 AM, they begrudgingly gave us a room at 5:00 PM. The hotel knew our arrival time, yet the room still wasn't ready on time.

This hotel completely ruined our family vacation. We checked in at night, and the electronic door lock was broken and emitting a deafening alarm. We had to wait with a tired child until 2:00 AM for a technician to completely dismantle the lock. As a result, the door could not be locked from the inside with an extra deadbolt/latch, making us feel completely unsafe. The air conditioner was broken from the very first night (it worked for only 10 minutes and barely cooled), turning the room into a sauna. The staff's only solution was to "open the windows." Because of this, swarms of mosquitoes severely bit our child, and the terrible street noise from heavy traffic made sleep impossible. The room is in an awful condition: mold, dirt, cracks. In the bathroom, the faucet handle literally detaches when touched, and water leaks heavily from the upper mounting connection of the tropical shower instead of the nozzles. The heavy showerhead feels like it might fall on your head at any moment. The staff repeatedly lied to us for two days that there were "no vacant rooms" to transfer us, but when we finally checked out early to leave for another hotel, they suddenly tried to offer us a room. Unprofessional, dirty, hot, and dangerous. Avoid at all costs!
