Nice and friendly staff I was two time stay this hotel but very good and some time good price I have recommend everyone 5 ⭐ ✅✅✅✅

The Spa and Wellness Center was very clean and enjoyable, offering a great variety of relaxing amenities and an excellent gym. Unfortunately, the room was not prepared properly. The duvet cover was not fitted correctly over the blanket, and some bathroom essentials like toothpaste and toothbrushes were missing. It felt as though the room had been cleaned and prepared in a rush. Additionally, the furnishings and room installations were outdated and lacked modern features. Another issue was the staff’s lack of commitment to providing good service. Many employees did not use English in a professional manner. However, I do not believe the staff was unfriendly; it seemed more like an organizational problem affecting the level of service. Overall, I enjoyed my one-night stay, spending most of the time in the Spa and Wellness Center. The location is also very convenient, with the Hilltown Mall right next to the hotel and easy access to Sabiha Gökçen Airport via Metro/Taxi. In my opinion, the price of the stay did not match the expected quality.

Really wonderful hotel. Just what you expect, though the location was not spot on. With a cab you can get to the tram/train station and find your way to the European side of Istanbul. The breakfast was huge but not so much variety. It was worth money.

Gym and swimming facilities were to a really high standard. Good room with lovely view. Staff attentive and helpful.

Simply amazing stay. Friendly desk. All the amenities. Very close to a mall. Bed is 10/10. Spacious. Very nice view.

The overall experience is good, but the room could be cleaner. Breakfast was wonderful. It is close to Hilton mall and you can go there for shopping and food court.

Great stay, service was amazing, both indoor and outdoor pool were great, you have to wear a swimming cap in the indoor pool which was slightly annoying, even for a leisurely swim. The massages here are great and worth having if you’re planning a stay here. Sea view was very much worth it as we got situated on the 14th floor. Breakfast could be a bit better with variety and options but regardless a good stay.

Very good hotel. Only thing that wasn’t good were the towels, they al didn’t smell good.

Issues with the AC not working in both Elite world hotels I’ve stayed at here in turkey . Very upset
