I was staying in the hotel while I was recovering from surgery. The rooms were spacious and airy, the bed was so comfortable and the staff really were lovely and did so much to help.

Good hotel

The location is decent, with convenient transportation. It's about half an hour from the city center by subway, and the hotel is a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the staff are warm and attentive.

I don't recommend this hotel. I took two bottles of Coke in and was questioned by the lobby staff. They said customers are not allowed to bring their own drinks into the hotel. As a consumer, can I only buy more expensive drinks in the hotel bar?

The front desk gave me a free suite upgrade. It was really touching that I was able to upgrade to a suite for two nights when the room supply was so tight. The sun shone directly into the room, and it felt very comfortable.
