My 14-year-old daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Boutique Saint Sophia. It is a very nice hotel with a friendly reception staff who offered us a welcome drink. It is perfectly located to walk to (1-3 mins) and visit Hagia Sophia mosque and The Blue mosque. It is located a few more minutes from the Topkapi Palace and nearby park. Several restaurants are located nearby, making it a very convenient stay. The only drawback would be the block we had to walk after being dropped off by the taxi. The front of the hotel is exclusively dedicated for the electric public transportation train, no vehicle passing. This drawback is minor considering the prime location and overall walking convenience.

The hotel is located in the center of the old town, making it convenient for sightseeing.
The hotel room is very small, the window faces the back alley, and is very close to the windows of other people's homes.
The shower head has rust marks and a hair stuck in it.
The toilet board was old and yellowed, and there were some signs of not being cleaned. I wiped it with disinfectant paper towels.
The ventilation system is very poor. It feels like there is no ventilation. The temperature adjustment can only be turned on and off but cannot adjust the temperature.
The surrounding environment is very noisy, and the door and door of the partition room are very noisy.
There was no air pumping in the bathroom. Due to hygiene issues and the lack of air pumping, we decided to change hotels that night and booked two nights, but ended up not staying at either hotel.
The hotel staff offered to give us a better room, but we decided to leave because we felt that the hotel was really not too hygienic.

The location is very good. It is less than ten minutes away from Sofia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. One of the rooms on one side has a view of Sophia's dome. The room decoration is relatively simple, and the bath products are famous brands, but the bed sheets are relatively old. The hotel breakfast is very rich.

This is a wonderful hotel located right in the centre of the Old City. The Hagia Sophia is right next to the hotel and many of the central attractions are within walking distance. There is also a tram stop located a short distance from the hotel.
The rooms are clean, stylish and comfortable. Lovely bathrooms with hot water. I had a really great night sleep here.
I would suggest having the Turkish breakfast in the morning - a lot of food and all of it tasty, it will set you up for the day. The hotel also offers tea and treats in the afternoon - recommended!
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage, explaining how to use public transport or helping you book a tour.
I would stay here again, this hotel had a very warm and friendly feel to it.

The staff was great, always helpful with a smile, never make you feel like you are inconveniencing them, felt welcomed, although at some points we had an understandable language barrier, but the message and jokes were communicated easily
Reception open 24 hours
If you don’t have an itinerary like my wife and I, feel free to ask at the reception, we did almost all the recommendations from private tour, spa, boat cruises and restaurants during our four night stay

This boutique hotel is an oasis in a bustling city. Situated beside the Haiga Sofia and the Blue Mosque and the park that is Topkapi Palace and on a main tram line of the city. Perfect location! 20 minute tram from ships terminal. Beautiful rooms and unbelievable breakfast, traditional, highly recommend, and North American.

The staff at this hotel goes over the top to please their guests. Our friends were not staying at the hotel with us because they had reservations elsewhere, but they kept their luggage for them and provided transfer to the airport for them anyway. They made reservations for our group to eat at an amazing roof top restaurant. We had 360 degree views of this amazing city that is breathtaking at night. Great food also! The breakfast in the morning is amazing and given complimentary to the guests. This hotel is awesome!
