Clean. Good location. The street itself where the hotel is located isn't particularly great; there are trash bins nearby, but it's quiet. The next street over is already bustling with activity.

A gorgeous little boutique hotel with exceptional service. The breakfast was not in the hotel itself but at a restaurant around the corner. It was a short walk down to the water, but steep back uphill! Close to public transport stops and relatively easy walk to the Taksim Square shopping area.

I've stayed at this hotel several times because the hotel is in the city so it's easy to walk to many places. And the service is good because all the staff are kind and always smiling:) The hotel and room are clean and the bed is comfortable.

The rooms are cramped; you'd have to pay for a suite! The reception is on the basement level, so the main entrance on the first floor is always closed, making it easy for guests to get lost. There's also no restaurant. The hotels next door have better facilities and are much cheaper. This hotel offers terrible value for money.

There's an elevator and a great location, right next to Galata Tower. It's clean, and the service is attentive. Aside from my broken leg, there's nothing wrong with it. It's close to the subway, but the only public transportation to the old city is the light rail and the ferry, which requires a 13-minute uphill walk. I recommend taking the Tunel, which is three minutes from the hotel and acts like a subway shuttle, saving at least 10 minutes of climbing. Prices in the European side of Istanbul are sky-high, and I'm not used to Turkish food, so having a kitchen is very convenient. The front desk was very professional, attentive, and helpful. I highly recommend it. If you're staying for more than three days, you can buy a daily unlimited bus pass that allows you to use all public transportation. I took the ferry almost every day, exploring all of Europe, Asia, and beyond, even visiting the Bosphorus and the Black Sea border. It was wonderful.

Everything was wonderful from start to finish! The young lady who greeted us at check-in and check-out (I've unfortunately forgotten her name; she was a curly-haired, smiling woman), the hotel's location, cleanliness, kindness (they even put baklava in our room because of the holiday), the spacious rooms, and our stay was wonderful from start to finish. Thank you so much. We highly recommend it!

There was a Doberman named Odin and we had a lot of fun playing there! We talked about various things with the hotel staff for 3 hours and it was a very worthwhile trip! The hotel was beautiful and just like the pictures!

Very convenient location, right near the tower, many cozy cafes, suitable for an afternoon. The hotel guy was very nice and helped us all the time. The room was also very comfortable. I will definitely come again next time.

We stayed in an apartment on the 6th floor with a terrace with a great view. The apartment has a small kitchen with a microwave and stove, a huge and comfortable bed. And most importantly, a terrace with a view of the Golden Horn, the old city and of course the Galata Tower. A great place for breakfast and dinner, or just to sit. One wish, make a permanent roof over the terrace, otherwise during the rain the canopy gets wet and water floods. In the end, I recommend this room.

The staff are very enthusiastic, especially the handsome chubby guy wearing glasses, who enthusiastically explains the nearby attractions and gives directions. I paid extra to upgrade the room type, which was very nice. I could see Galata and it was very close. We even got champagne for Valentine's Day, which was a nice surprise. When traveling in Istanbul, you can choose this hotel.
