We were impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by resort employees. We felt that all staff were well trained. They provided outstanding services and demonstrated job knowledge, professionalism and passion with their hospitality. We had exceptional experience at Dream Bosphorus Hotel , accommodation, food and service were outstanding. The staff were very helpful and location of the hotel was the best. 6 nights of great hospitality. Will be back there again.

Reichhaltiges türkisches Frühstücksbuffet. Perfekte Lage: Topkapi Palast, Hagia Sophia in knapp 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Gülhane Park in weniger als 5 Minuten. Fähranleger Eminönü mit Abkürzung durch den Bahnhof auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Im Foyer gibt es immer etwas zu trinken und eine Kleinigkeit zu essen (Kuchen), für zwischendurch. Solange der Vorrat reicht. Zimmer sind etwas eng, für uns aber mit Handgepäck ausreichend gewesen. Eigentlich ruhige Gegend, aber Leute auf der Strasse hört man durch das Fenster.  Es gibt keine Dachterasse. Bilder, die das vermuten lassen, gehören zu den beiden Zimmern im obersten Stock.

Most of all I liked the work of the staff - helped us on all the issues on which we addressed. Very pleasant! The hotel itself was clean, the interior liked, the windows in the floor. Breakfast is satisfactory, there are interesting Turkish snacks, baking, fruit, vegetables.

In fact the room is twice as small as the photo) but the hotel itself is very clean, the rooms too, the staff is friendly ) breakfast is really undiversified . The view from the window is delicious, the room is quiet, bed linen was very enjoyable.
