So good stay for travel around that area , many important place , you can walk to Sultan Ahmet or many place at there

I had reserved a Sea View room through your platform, but upon arrival, the hotel informed us that they no longer had any Sea View rooms available. Instead, we were offered a City View room, which is smaller and less expensive than what we originally booked. At that time I had contact with the reception, but they told me that they had not any solutions, and I need to contact with them by email. I wrote them by email but haven’t received any responses yet.

I stayed in Seatanbul just for one night. The hotel is situated in an extremely good location especially if you want to go sight seeing to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Rooms are very basic and standard which is ideal for the price you pay. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

I loved my stay. The stuff is nice and i got free upgrade for the room. It’s a perfect hotel close to all the famous attractions. The view from the room was gorgeous.

The location of the hotel is quite appealing, offering ocean views. However, it is situated near the train tracks, which can be somewhat noisy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival, there was a power outage that lasted for almost an hour, which was unexpected for a hotel. Additionally, the showerhead in our room was broken. Despite these issues, our stay was satisfactory overall.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel, and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Great hotel, I felt at home...nice room (facing the sea), kind and helpful reception, contrags guys. When I arrived I was welcomed with fruit, water and chocolates, which are always available in the entrance hall. Great location, just a few steps to The Blue Mosque and Bosphorus. I would recommend Seatanbul to my friends.

The hotel's hygiene level is very poor, especially the toilets. The supplies (comb) provided also have signs of use! The hotel is close to the railway, which is noisy, and the door lock is also old! There were also stains on the sheets, and the price was about $800 a night! Will not stay again!

The hotel service is very good, the boss is very nice, there is an airport pick-up service, you can make an appointment in advance, someone will guide you to get on the car, because we rented a car from the boss, so the room was upgraded for us. This is a rubbish hotel. There is no elevator. The room is moldy, noisy, smells like oil smoke. The front desk staff has poor service and bad attitude. They made a mistake with the room type and threatened me. The front desk staff said, "This is the only room. You can stay or not. No refund or change. If you want to call the police, please don't book it. It's rubbish. The sea view room doesn't have a sea view, and there is cat hair in the yard."
