Clean hotel and reasonably priced. No major issues with my stay, but overall I would say it was slightly below Mercure brand's standard.

Very old building.. tight rooms.. I think all accor may have to change this building for 4 star. Location about 13km to fatih and taksim.. But place is ok alot of shops nearby and resturants and cafes . No security guard Only reception. Breakfast almost the same every day Staff very helpful..thank you..

I told them a/c not working well but they didn’t change my room and said it will be cooler after 10 minutes

A large area of ​​the room was taken up by the hotel's equipment room. We asked the front desk to change rooms and asked them to come at 12 noon the next day. We went early the next morning, and there was a new person at the front desk. We were told that changing rooms would cost extra money, so we went out to play. We came back in the afternoon and asked the front desk again. , the front desk said that we didn’t come at 12 noon and they couldn’t change us. Haha, it’s really ridiculous. Are we here just waiting to change rooms? In desperation, we asked Ctrip for help. Ctrip said they would give us a reply before 8 pm that night, but when we waited, no one answered the hotel's phone and the email was not responded to. It wasn't until 2 pm on the third day that Ctrip notified the hotel that it agreed to change our room. Thanks to Ctrip's help, we didn't have to stay in that pigeonhole-like room for the last two nights. This Mercure hotel, a hotel owned by AccorHotels, is obviously discriminating against Asians.
