The hotel room itself is clean, spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and you can order freshly made omelettes. Staff are friendly, highly professional and takes pride in their work. And there is a really good Japanese sushi restaurant right behind the hotel. As a tourist, perhaps the location is not as convenient as I thought, but it suited me well since I like to walk to places. It is easy to walk from the hotel to Bosphorus and to visit the palaces.

Nice facilities (new) and good space. But the location is not so good as advertised. Also, very noisy - the noise comes from the traffic (even at the 11th floor) and nearby rooms (sound proof is an issue). Did not sleep well. Also, booked a king bed room but only have me single bed. I won't stay again

The reception staff were all excellent. Very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast staff were very attentive And at your service. The room was very clean, and spacious.i would highly recommend this hotel and will return to the hotel definitely 👌

The hotel itself is nice. It is not too big and has a small wellness area with Sauna, Hamam, steam bath and pool. Be aware to bring a swim hat when you want to use the pool. The room was also nice, a bit dated but still clean. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast was delicious.

Excellent!! The Staff were delightful and very friendly, offering us Free Coffee and also allowed early check in after we had an 11 hour flight from Singapore. Will definitely book again, room was also clean and location is very convenient. In addition Buffet breakfast is a must try!! Starts at 7am
