Die Lage ist super, das Personal sehr freundlich. Für uns war das Bett etwas zu weich und wenn wir das Fenster geöffnet hatten, kam manchmal Zigarettengeruch von draußen rein. Natürlich nichts, wofür das Hotelpersonal etwas kann. Es sollte auch klarer informiert werden, wie viele Wasserflaschen kostenlos sind und ab wann man zahlt.

The check-in process was very easy and quick, and the staff was very nice and he provided many details about the facility and the streets outside. He also arranged our taxi early in the morning to the airport. We highly recommend this hotel to others and will come back to stay next time!

Our bathtube was dirty with some kind of yellow water/juice. It was so bad that we felt like vomitting. After complaining about the condition we got a new room.
On the next day the workers apologized and told us that they are investigating how it happened.
They told us that they believe that we did it and told that us directly. That was a very provocative and unpolite. We would never ever go there again. We can't recommend this hotel at all.

Hotel was just what we needed.
Central , handy for public transport , close to the Bosphorus. Neighbourhood restaurants and shops nearby. Great bookshop/cafe a few doors away. Service in the hotel was excellent - very helpful desk staff , especially Seddam at night. Rooms spacious, air-conditioned with fridge , kettle etc.
