Terrible experience, unacceptable service! I booked a double room with outdoor bathtub and city view, but got a room with a bathtub in the bathroom, plus a window facing the corridor! (actually I cannot see this room type on my booking platform). No city view at all. The room was noisy. I could hear other guests talking and knocking their door in the corridor. The bathtub was leaking, leaving a pool of water in the bathroom after every shower. I called the reception for a room change, they acknowledged something wrong with the system but claimed all rooms were full. The staff promised a room change the next morning after breakfast. At around 9 the next morning, I went to the reception, but all staff were not aware of my request, just told me rooms were full. A lady staff said the manager was not there until 2pm, and promised to tell the manager about my request. When I returned in the evening, the staff (another shift) knew nothing about my request. The supervisor even said the manager had already left as he worked 9 to 5, and again told me rooms were full. All of them are liars trying to shirk their responsibilities.

Bad service. Diverse breakfast options. Bad hygiene. OK location near metro but you will find yourself using tram more which is quite far from the hotel. I had a door connecting to other room so all the noises anooyed me.

this hotel needs repairing every room the offer you is broken staff is ok but hotel is not good to offer anything its not really value for money as you can get a better hottel round the corner for half price never stay there again.

Service is very bad

Worst experience in Istanbul, bar none. The hotel is old and the service is poor. We missed our flight due to a two-hour train delay in the UK, and wanted to negotiate with the hotel to delay our check-in for one night. The front desk was indifferent and told us to contact the agent if we wanted to negotiate. Then we contacted Ctrip customer service, and the reply said that the agent had been unable to contact the hotel. What's even more outrageous is that the room we booked had a bed and a bathtub in the picture provided by the platform, and it was said to have an outdoor jacuzzi. In fact, there was nothing. The room was extremely small, not even a window, and the sound insulation was poor. The rooms next door and the corridor I could hear the sound clearly. The shower room was so small that it was difficult to even turn around. When I took a shower, I found that there was no shampoo. I called the front desk, but they didn't come for an hour. I called the second time, but still nothing. response. Totally sorry for the price and the raise of a five star hotel.

The very friendly and helpful staff Shayma, Mohamed, Jihan and Mohsin without them it would not have been the same.

What a bad stay and hotel This was less than one star unfortunately I do not recommend It was being renovated while we were eating, they are drilling all the time at breakfast time I am disappointed with this hotel

We had a very good stay, the room was spacious and functional. Thanks to Mohamed and Rita for the warm welcome! They were very available and pleasant towards us

The location is great!! The food is average!! in general the price corresponds to the quality

The room had no windows. The shower in the bathroom does not work properly. The water drainage in the bathroom does not work well. The air conditioner does not have climate control. A room without clean air. Before moving in, ask for rooms with windows, otherwise you won’t be able to breathe.
