As an accor diamond, i consider myself to be a very spoiled traveller, i had hard time to decide for the hotel because price wise it is not big difference to a mercure. But i was surprised by the quality of their standards, kindness of the stuff, awareness to accor loyalty and benefits. The hotel itself is a 4 stars and really it was best first experience with ibis styles. Room was spacious and top cleaned, balkont is perfect, complimentary minibar was amazing with a good choice of soft drink and beer. Location was perfect for me and not far from airport Sabiha. People here and especially front office were extremely nice, and I was offered late checkout, complimentary tea while waiting for my flight. Excellent culture of hospitality, this is what you get when people love their business and care for their customers. Management is doing an excellent job. Breakfast was perfect with changing meals every day. Only room for improvement is the dinner, i was given burned bread with the soup, kofte is not really anywhere near the expected quality, tiramisu old, partially frozen and overpriced for the quality, but anyways it was just a little weakness in the pink picture. I will definitely visit the property again whenever i will be passing through Istanbul. Thank you for all the help, for your kindness and for making my stay into a memorable experience.
