This hotel had an amazing buffet and a great spa and gymnasium was top notch. The swimming pool was good. I could do laps in there in the mornings and I had a really good time. The only complaint I had was one of the staff members was very rude to me when I played the piano in the restaurant all of the customers enjoyed my music, and this lady seem to think nobody wanted to hear that when in fact they did, and she was really rude to me. I did complain to the management about her, but other than that all the other stuff was very helpful. They even put a room side-by-side. It was really good to us. I will return again someday.

I have booked the hot tub but ended up with a simple bathtub, although the room has changed, it is dirty and there are still hair in it...
There is also a dirty pillow and a pile of fur on the second pillow.
The rain shower is more like a light shower...the water flows very little and unevenly.
The only advantage, the mattress is very comfortable...
I will never go there again!

Booked for 2 days after a business trip to relax, sunbathe, and swim in the pool. As a result, there was no swimming or sunbathing on the first day of rest on Sunday. The hotel allowed everyone to enter the swimming pool for money. The children and parents in the pool took all the lounge chairs and drank beer. It smelled like a bar! We thought, well, there should be no one on Monday, the children are in kindergarten, and the parents are working! But the hotel just decided on Monday to ban water treatment and close the entrance to the sun loungers! outstanding! What is 5 stars? 3 and no more. Prostdelt stayed in the room for two days. Because there is nowhere to go.

Booked this hotel, unaware that our 4 nights were during Eid al Adha so we were a little concerned about having to spend more time than we planned in a hotel. We should not have worried as, not only were the bedrooms comfortable and spacious, all hotel facilities were great too. We were able to take advantage of generous holiday discounts at the spa and enjoyed amazing treatments and massages. Food was delicious and it was wonderful to relax and eat by the pool. Staff could not have been more helpful and they ensured we enjoyed every minute of our stay, arranging our transfers and generally being very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would stay again.
