This place is a scam. Do not come here! This hotel needs to be shut down for health and safety.They sprayed dangerous pest control all over the rooms, beds and beddings included which did onset a massive asthma attacks on me and my daughter and urticaria all over my face we both ended up red burning eyes throats and face thought we left the room after less than 5 min! To be offered room with same problem as well as water infiltration… they offered us a flat outside the hotel which seemed to have been redone recently wall had been boarded up and painted but we then discovered it was to cover up mold and mushrooms! Yes mushrooms how dare they make anybody pay and stay in such poisonous environment! I will make a formal complaint! They said they would refund my money but I have written to Trip.com and I have been denied. I’m asking for my money back immediately and compensation! I will make a video on social platforms to inform potential guests of the danger to health THIS hotel poses. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL

amazing attentive staff

The location is great really 10-15 minutes walk from  main historical sites of Constantinople.  The hotel is clean. Breakfast is great.  The only thing that I want to mention is that hotel has two entrances, one to the main road on Bosporus  the other is to the old city, so you never know from which side of your hotel the taxi driver will come  when you’re checking out and hurrying up to the airport.  So I suggest  at least for the check out order taxi in the hotel  if you have a lack of time. 

Love this hotel. Always start my business trips here and lately invited friends to stay also. Staff always pleasant. Food is great. And rooms are amazing in the deluxe waterside

Nice but rooms is not big as pictures

A lovely hotel with a great location, very close to all the sights. We'll stay here again. It has a cozy courtyard with a pool and delicious breakfasts. The room is beautifully decorated and unique! And the beds are incredibly comfortable. It's easily one of our favorites by any measure 🫶 Highly recommend!

How to say it? It's hard to describe it in one sentence. After we arrived, the service staff was very enthusiastic and strongly recommended us to go to another hotel, saying that the room was bigger and better, and closer to the tourist attractions. The location is indeed super good, but the hotel is very small, the suitcase can't be put in, and the bed is even smaller, about 90 cm. I feel cheated. . . The service staff is very arrogant. There are no other rooms. They won't change us, and we can't change back to the previous hotel. . How to say it, it's terrible to bring leaders out. This place is suitable for young people to come, go back and fall asleep, and go to the Internet celebrity restaurant to punch in and eat in the morning. In short, this hotel is extreme, the location is extremely good, and the room is extremely bad. You can choose it yourself. I cannot say cause I did not stay in this hotel, they introduced another hotel nearby. Room is so small, location is good.hmm..

The hotel is not particularly big, but it has everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room I wanted was no longer available, so they arranged for me to stay in a higher-class room at a related hotel instead! The location was great, within walking distance of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque.

This is not Qishan with a photo platform at all. The annex building is actually outside the hotel yard. . The sea view from the platform here is average. It is better to go out to the seaside road across the road. . There is a crazy extra charge for bringing children in, which is even more expensive than in the UK. .

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to cancel the reservation. The money was not returned, although I asked for cancellation 24 hours in advance, even more.
