We've stayed here several times, and the staff is 5 out of 5. The food is delicious. The location is convenient, with the Civagir shopping center across the street. We've had nothing but positive experiences.

This is my first time staying in a hotel and I'm so disappointed. A 4-star hotel hides guests' personal belongings. I was using headphones the night before I checked out, and after checking out, I realized they were missing while taking a taxi to the airport. Pros: -Central location -Close to metrobus and subway -Staff was polite and helpful Cons: -The room we stayed in was small. -We had a problem with the plumbing and had difficulty confirming the problem. Technical service came twice for the same problem.
