There's music in the restaurant in the evenings, so if you go to bed early, this isn't for you. The location is great, but you have to climb stairs, and cars don't come. If you're not prepared, this isn't for you. The cleaning leaves much to be desired, the mattresses aren't comfortable... (This is the first time I've experienced this in a hotel). If you're on the third floor, you can hear the chairs scraping the floor during breakfast in the morning. The rooftop has a fantastic view, so if you're looking for the positives, it's not bad.

Awesome stay. Impeccable location, service ( early check in is available if you ask), amenities, a true elite hotel experience. Not saying they are perfect but they are doing a nicer job in turkey than a lot of other hotels that cost the same or more. Highly recommended

Hotel has 2 different buildings which are close by but not next door. Luckily the hotel staff assisted with carrying of luggage to the other building, otherwise it would be a nightmare! Location is great! Very close to Galata Tower and there are plenty of choices for food & shopping nearby.
